I think I would tend to not go into any details or conversation about anything content wise with a JP it’s not their business (same as when I get a post office to sign a ‘certificate of mailing’ doc if they ask what it is I’m very light and say to them oh you don’t need to discuss (or worry about) that you are just witnessing whats gone envelope and move on warmly and they have always been ok with it. The thing for me is not getting into things we dont need to get into. I might after signing was done if they were genuinely interested/ curious

I’m wondering if you have done the directors ID notices, as I read it that the fourth round means sending copies of all the previous rounds

which would be more that 68 pages to ASIC and ABRS, do you know am I seeing it correctly?

My Sister has applied for another two years FVRO. In the application for that she put “The perpetrator has continued to behave in an emotionally abusive manor towards me, caused me much distress and attempted to cause me to invalidate FVRO” which is more nonsense. I have not been in breech of the FVRO and the police have never come to me. The only thing is when my mother was dying (She had moved out of my sisters granny flat because of my sisters abusive behaviour and at that time put a FVRO on my sister) I had a conversation with my sisters daughter who I have a very nice relationship with and told her that I would be happy to leave my home so that my sister could visit our dying mother. I did not ask her to pass that on to my sister.

In Marks documents It has both addresses in the Notice of conditional acceptance and then just the PO Box in the cert of mailing. Also sending to a PO box doesnt get a signature so I have only sent to the Sydney office Its also nearly two weeks ago I sent it but not delivered and the post office are saying its because of the floods (like they would) So I then sent it buy fax from the library and the fax transmission receipt hadn’t come through so the guy at the library said they take a while and that he’d mail to me when it did which he didnt! I dont really know what to do what to do with next notice which is due in a couple of days. I guess I’ll mail it Registered post again Plus fax it again

I sent a mail to Mark and he replied that he thought my comment had merit so he changed the last paragraphs to this –

Naturally, should you express to me in a signed written statement in timely manner, and certainly prior to 14 days from date of this Notice, that in my case, no Director’s ID is required or that you agree to the terms expressed within paragraphs 2 to 4 on page 1 above and will immediately deliver to me your reply to the above 22 paragraphs with sworn or affirmed evidence to support your claims, I shall consider your offer to supply my private property to you.

I imagine it will be changed in the download pack

thanks I hear you and can imagine but these below dont sound like something to then have as the basis of agreement. I’m sure he’s up to more I see.

I have listened to Mark’s Webinar ‘Options To Deal With the Requirement for Supply of Director’s ID’ ( http://solutionsempowerment.org/webinar-options-to-deal-with-the-requirement-for-supply-of-directors-id/ For those who haven’t seen it ) I also purchased the documents pack and am nearly ready to send the ‘Notice of Conditional Acceptance’ and have a couple of questions.

1) At (j) after the 22 conditions it says <Name
of Your Estate>,and everywhere else in the document it says “<Your Full Name/YOUR
FULL NAME>” (either or both depending on the item) which made since to me as to why it was written like that but in (j) I don’t comprehend why is says <Name
of Your Estate> or what to put there. Possibly this is people who have a trust which I don’t as yet, Should I put my Full Name ?

2) In the final paragraph it says –

It seems to my not so well educated mind yet that we are giving them the option to agree to only the terms expressed within paragraphs 2 to 4 on page 1 and am unable to see why we would give them that option. could anyone explain that please? I suspect there is a reason that I don’t comprehend.
