hihi thank you for your reply! i have purchased that module pack before and listened to this three times. i haven’t done this process because basically never even reached that stage yet — because when the infringement first came, i saw that the name was an issue, so I asked them to reissue the fine in the correct name of the legal fiction that I own, and if they didn’t do so it was OK, just provide proof of claim that these two names that clearly look different are the same entity. I asked them to provide proof of claim 3 times, and twice, to two different people — they ignored everything, and I also sent two private default judgement, they didn’t object to any of this, so I believe that this was over.

so my question is will I be able to bring up these points in the mention? Because in the mention I guess I’m expected to plead guilty or not guilty. Is this the time to go through the non-consent process?
and would I be able to request the court to subpoena the manual for the speed camera?
