I have had 2 success’s with SPER, for 2 speeding fines. I didn’t contract when pulled over and didn’t contract with letters. I returned letters with stickers , stating I do not contract and return to sender. Points been added to licence(1 each) but no fine forced……

He contracted by replying to fine. Should of returned fine unopened ROS with do not contract. I have done this along with a few other items( will post when I have time). Never paid a fine, you are contracting by opening or replying to the offer of contract(fine letter).
