I am just in middle of doing this process and was also wondering if anyone would know the following..

I am just looking at the Mail confirmation document in the promissory note package I received. Which reads the following:

I ,………………………..<wbr>…………………………<wbr>. of …………………………<wbr>…………………………<wbr>…………………….. of State of <Your State> do hereby affirm as being true, correct, certain and complete and not misleading that on the ……………………… day of the (fourth) month in the year of our Lord, Anno Domini, two thousand and (year) [April …………….AD2013], caused the following documents:

Just wondering what I should write in here:

or should I leave it??

Awesome effort and work!! I would definitely charge them for your time as the lady has mentioned in a reply above. I also find your idea of asking them to locate the promissory note a brilliant idea. You could do both. Let us know how you go. Keep it up!
