so what I did in 2021 was to send firstly 3 letters to the lower Boss of the city council . Its was a conditional acceptance: I am ready to pay if you can provide evidence that I am a man. They replied with “yeah, its all legit what we do”. I then sent the same letter 3 x to the chief financial Boss of the council, and then never got any replies back ever since. That was in June 21.

I am gonna study all of this, and I have watched the correct webinars already back then (court realted). My first question would be, what would be the perfect letter to send on monday, to gain some time? Of course a formal apology at first, for not replying back in time, but what then?

Its not gonna be possible to create all the right documents by wednesday or so next week.

its always the same process. Do a conditional acceptance where you accept to answer any question if they 1. provide evidence that they have jurisdiction over a man, 2. provide evidence that there is any obligation that their rules, regulations or statutes apply to a man. 3. provide evidence that the signatory is not a man. You have to write to the CEO of that organization with his full name to pull him into your private jurisdiction. I never write to the corporation, I always write to the man or woman in his/her capacity as CEO of a coropration.

This applies to all mortages that werent signed in a bank office and where the bank didnt notify the debtor of a 7 day cooling off perod?

Its not difficult to apply. The biggest part is overcoming your fear from lifelong conditioning. Just remember that when you are friendly, calm, respectful and remain in honour, nothing will happen to you.

Recently also I got into a situation while fishing, where another fisherman wasnt happy with me fishing near his spot. He tried to argue with me and the very first thing I did was asking a question. Again you could notice his energy patterns changing, and the situation diffused quickly. You should look at these principles holistically. Aequitas (equity) is really about the balance of energies, from my comprehension.

its funny to read your post here, because just a couple of hours ago I put Marks diplomacy-tactics into practice for the 2nd time. 3 Policy enforcers came to my door and wanted to gain information on the residency concerning my apartment, because the building is partially government subsidized.

When they aked if I was the name , I answered with the question, if they have evidence that I am that name. Instantly all commercial energy left the three of them, and the only thing they had left was to be super friendly. They asked if I would be willing to provide some information, to which I conditionally accepted to do so, on the basis that it would have to be done entirely by mail. They left right away.

Marks principles work well, because they are honourable. It takes a bit of learning and real world experience for one to apply it skillfully. I am at the point where for the first time I can communicate cordially with the public while expressing my will. Before I never had the impression that my will was being respected. I sure do now.

What I suggest to newbies is to first try these principles out when talking face to face with strangers, that you come across in daily life.

Thanks morag. A few more questiony before I go to sleep (its late here).

I get the points you mentioned. How to structure the Affidavit point for point? “I have an agreement with the other party by default” ,” I do not consent to doing business with the court.” ?

As I recall Mark mentioned that you send in all your evidence and you write that you have no interested in doing any business with the court, and “in case there is a hearing I will appear only under duress and threat of menace.” Thats all I remember, and which made sense to me.

I can hold that position in court, pretty sure.

I forgot to mention one thing Morag. The court has simply asked me to pay the 300€ , There is no hearing date or anything. They gave me a 1 week period to reply,thats it.

I really dont have enough funds to pay for anything right now. I am on welfare. There all sorts of potential other costs I will have to pay in the near future. Just today my 125cc scooter broke down.

I have some experience with creating Affidavits and other documents, so I should be able to create them. After all I would have to translate them to german.

from my commercial understanding, the city council subsidary corporation has offered their debt claim to the court, and the court is acting as a third party debt collector. The court now wants to know from my side, if I accept to be the debtor?

So that gives me what options?

ok, I will discuss this with my dentist. My concept is this: If I have evidence that my dentiist cannot ensure the best medical treatment for my well being (not willing to sign an Affidavit of Claimant), then the liability is shifting towards the regular government health insurance, which will then have to cover other options, i.e. “the implant plan”.

I need the average total pay out sum (insurance), for a damaged tooth, because I need to include that in the Affidavit of Claimant. Does anybody know?

I am not sure. This is why I want to gather as much information now, and work out a strategy. Best would be to talk to someone who has experience in that field. The bible depicts first borns to be in a “privileged” position. Most important would be to have evidence of private agreements with my brother i.e. 3 notices for any important question regarding a specific matter (commercial default).

why is it so that it could get messy? After all we are just 2 parties, that have equal rights to a title? Parents are still alive. I honestly dont think I can convince my brother to join me in the trenches. I heared Winston Shrout once say that when push comes to shove with property, you can even file a lien on the property. That way the property becomes inalienable. No bank wants to touch it any more.

if you accept to inherit real estate, the governement will charge around 30% of the value. There arent any exceptions. Thats why many heirs sell the houses they inherit, because they cant afford to pay the tax.

Maybe I havent explained clearly enough what my situation is like. Sorry for that. I am 41, my only brother is 37. My Father is 78. My mum is 70. Parents are divorced. At some point in the future my brother and me will have to sort out everything around the estate as the heirs.

This wouldnt be any concern, If I would get along well with my brother. Thats not the case any longer.

Since I now operate in the realm of the living, I will definately handle all matters in regards to inheritance taxes as a living man.

Thats going to cause even more confusion between my brother and me.

when parents die, the estate is inherited and shared between the children (heirs). The system charges around 30% tax on that.
