this has been an interesting thing because I am not entirely sure if what I have been doing was correct. From what I clearly better know is timing matters, and putting these things in a drawer won’t help (in my case I had returned from holiday and the 1st notification was there before I knew what to do with it) I contacted someone on through social media who drafted a letter for me to mail off. The last one I had decided to try this From a video of a woman from TikTok this so far I have not heard back, you never know! I felt very strongly the stress this has caused was way more than the initially money they were demanding/ requesting. But am more resolute to stand up for myself. While I wasn’t familiar with what decision to make I opted going with leaving the envelope unopened and writing on the front ‘Do Not Accept Offer To Contract Do Not Consent To The Offer No Consent Equals No Contract, Mail Fraud, Return To Sender For Cause without Dishonour’ .
