I set up a foundation with Peter and had a bank account with Westpac. Last year Westpac shut my Foundation Account along with my corporate Charity Account as Westpac chose not to do those accounts anymore. In one of the many videos that Mark has done, he speaks in depth about the seriousness of Westpac challenges. I truely believe it was in one of the Trust educational videos. Thankyou for your response Janet, This man is working with Mark in the background and together they make a very powerful team. Yes people need to know how to hold their position yet this man is offerring to do all the work collaboratively for us. He did a 3 day workshop last week in Brisbane which a friend of mine attended and she bought Marks education books and showed them to me and I am helping her learn all about how to do non registered Trusts. Today is the 11 11 portal opening where we are all together through love peace and collaboration and so it is

My Story that sort of relates to the question
I have received an inheritance. Have donated to an unregistered Trust set up by Solutions Empowerment back in 2013. I have set up a new unregistered Trust and will set up a bank account once I have the trust deeds. Then I will transfer the funds from one unregistered trust to another then I will be in a position to purchase a property with a small mortgage. I believe when I make the offer I purchase it in my straw name in trust of the unregistered trust which I am trustee and I believe the REal Esate agents know the process. Happy to be corrected if this is not the process.
