Thank you for all your replies. This isn’t focused on the COViD vaccine, although I object to that too, it’s more for the vaccine schedule small children need to go on in order to get the 50% government childcare subsidy, without it we simply can’t afford to send them to daycare. I can adapt the COViD vaccine notice but there maybe be some additional points I can add relating specifically to the schedule.

Well then, our situations are very similar. I read through the PDF provided above and the case discussed in that, was for the payment of an outstanding amount for a business loan using a PN. I would love to know the outcome. What I took out of it, is that the business loan was already in use and the contract entered into and it was still getting paid out using a PN, so it should work for my/your case.

Hi, I’m in a similar boat. If my kids don’t get vaccinated then we don’t get any family benefits which means we can’t afford to have our kids in daycare. I’ve created a conditional acceptance letter that is a work in progress but I’ll be updating it. If you instant message me I’m happy to share what I have and maybe we can support each other.

Surely we can get off the hook on the below reference alone:
    s1272C (http://classic.austlii.edu.au/au/legis/cth/consol_act/ca2001172/s1272c.html)

    (1) An eligible officer must have a director identification number.

“officer” , in relation to a registered foreign company, includes a local agent of the foreign company

I’ve been doing some more digging and found a few things that could be of value to the cause.

    Ref: https://www.aph.gov.au/About_Parliament/Parliamentary_Departments/Parliamentary_Library/Publications_Archive/archive/identitycards

This refers to an identity card referendum proposed back in 1986 and was rejected., the following paragraph was of particular interest:

“The Government also proposed the introduction of a companion system for corporations, trusts, partnerships, clubs and associations. It was proposed that ‘the most effective companion system would be to use the Australia Card number of a relevant person associated with an entity to validate that prescribed transaction of that entity. The purpose of this companion system … was to prevent the leakage of revenue gains from individuals to entities and other non-individuals’.”

Isn’t that exactly what they’re doing now and trying to enforce through statutes? You have the option of registering direct with the ABRS and not via the MyGovID app or via the app, both of which are unlawful according the the evidence above.

Also, has anyone actually read the statutes referenced on the ABRS website? The one that actually refer to you breaking the law, also refers to you as an agent and your obligations as an agent. Reading through the Blacks Law definition of agent it sounds awfully lot like an employee or someone acting in some other capacity on behalf of a corporation. Just thought this might be worth bringing up to see if Mark or others might have a view on this.

Ok I thought it might have been an error, I should have listened to my gut and deleted it… I read through the entire document about 10 times and made little tweaks in other places.

I post my first letter this week, has anyone else heard anything back yet?

One more thing, I’m assuming the pages of the letter of Conditional Acceptance needs to be glued across the top or in the top left corner to ensure it’s one document.

I have a ‘dumb’ question relating to the Conditional Acceptance letter Mark provided. Mark mentions towards the top of the second page that the amount of $10m be paid to <Your name> but further down mentions, <Your Estate>? Is this meant to be your name or the name of your SMSF? Not sure if this was an error or intentional?

Hi, I’m a new starter on the site and also interested in this topic. I’m curious, have any of you received a letter in the mail addressed to you as the director asking you to register for the DIN? I believe this would have some bearing on how you respond? This would be a good question for the Q&A with Mark tomorrow night.

Good point about discrimination, I was thinking the same thing. I think I mentioned it in my first attempt at writing the letter

Hi Morag, thank again for these documents. The “Conditional Acceptance Vaccines.pdf”, is really well written. I have a question about this type of CA; in Mark’s CA letters there is usually a fee schedule mentioned at the bottom. So the way I see it is I have two options; 1) I can adapt it to include the fee schedule or 2) send the 3 copies of the letter as it stands but, if the affidavit doesn’t work then I don’t really have any other way to apply pressure on the department that’s enforcing this without a fee schedule. I’m interested to hear your thoughts. Thank you

If they don’t believe you this site might help, it’s a lot more convincing as they have all the evidence and court case references.

It sounds like he was asking for the evidence that the act was proclaimed as law as an act is a law in the making. Most acts have never been passed as law. In Addition the former Chief Justice in 1942 was quoted referring to ‘pretend laws’, so this was happening back then, here is the quote, “a pretend law made in excess of power is not and never has been a law at all. Anybody in the country is entitled to disregard it”.

I would but I send my final notice on 27 December, can I be amending it now, or should the notice remain consistent?

Yes, he had a simple approach to remedy. I’m thinking of sending my updated terms to the Governor General and assistant governor general.

Just a correction on my last paragraph, the statute refers to an Officer, not an Agent.

I think it’s still worth doing, Mark confirms in module 70. You’re at least able to state your terms which includes the use of your data/property and send your fee schedule should something go ‘wrong’.

When you re-downloaded module 70 did you have to pay for it again or is there a way to download the pack as as an update? I just tried to download it but the site takes me through the checkout process.

At the end of the conditional acceptance letter where you sign Mark has “All rights reserved, none” in the template, is the “none” intentional? If so, what does it mean?

Thanks for providing the PDF. This is where I started, I emailed the BDM email address multiple times but didn’t get a response, digging around in some other chat room on telegram I managed to locate the NSW form. Once I confirm this work, I’ll be happy to share with this community. I just found out yesterday that the hospital I was born at in SA has since shut down… the investigation continues!

So I’ve managed to make a few steps forward. For my daughters born in NSW I managed to track down the legit online request form for the NSW source document, so I’ll be dealing with that this weekend. For me, born in South Africa I have been emailing with the SA embassy in Canberra and they have pointed me towards the hospital I was born, so that’s my net port of call. The final one will be dealing with Scotland for my wife. I also found out that when I receive these source documents I can ask my mother to write a power of attorney handing over control of my estate, this will be my final phase. Thanks for checking in.
