MemberMay 2, 2023 at 11:02 am in reply to: Attorn, Proxy, Benefactor and Commercial Interest Only.Since I have been learning the SE processes, I have found the steps are very broad and when I have questioned something I feel like the response has not answered the question. Would be great if SE provided actual evidence for various processes whether it be video or written documents of actual cases that have won so we can get a better grasp on what needs to be applied. i.e Discharge Debt B.O.E process.

MemberMay 2, 2023 at 9:11 am in reply to: Attorn, Proxy, Benefactor and Commercial Interest Only.Yes he has alot of solid points that are similar to Romley Stewart’s information. I am looking into this as well and have purchased the information pack. As I have not found remedy applying the processes I have purchased here to discharge debt. The information and solutions Mark suggests in the processes and in the Q & A sessions and consult with Reyna are not clear and somewhat conflicting.
I have had to look else where to find solutions for relief. It is a spiderweb of deception and there is alot to unlearn.

Important;
1. You must have a post office box as it is private, if you use your home address you come under their jurisdiction.
2. Communications can be challenging as the Customer Rep escalates the call to a Team Leader all have no authority, then you are told to put in a complaint to SPER…
3. You need to follow each step thoroughly, make sure you have all the info on the BOE and the not negotiable contract, etc…
4. Holding your position is key as they will attempt to suspend your license and continue to add fees.
5.This has been a long exercise and if you don’t have someone to support you and who has been through it you will struggle because SPER are quite aggressive and know how to play the game.

Do you know much about Terra Australis? Does the constitution or english law define what or where it is? This video just popped up so it got me thinking…
Posted online yesterday; Rohan and Mona Live
Rohan states in this video- based on the Interpretation Act; the act defines what “Australia” is and where Australia is.He says also the laws of England defines what the Commonwealth of Australia is; it is the people, the land, and the body politic(government). But ye are not told where it is? The Interpretation Act 1901-Sect 2(b)only tells ye where Australia is; which is the geographical reference to Norfolk Island the main land of Australia.
So my question is where is the land of Terra Australis?
As Rohan states he does not know what this land is called and the act doesn’t describe the land we are on in anyway shape or form?Posted online yesterday; Rohan and Mona Live

I am currently working through the BOE process for a Sper debt. I have completed the last stage and have not received any further correspondence. But the challenge has been to lift the license suspension as they have breached the not negotiable contract (BOE). Holding position is key but how far do you go- no job or give in to them? Once you agree to their terms i.e, payment plan it revokes any previous contracts i.e, BOE, A4V, etc. But need you need to challenge you were under duress when you had to setup a payment plan therefore the contract would be null and void. The fight continues…

But until we reconvey and correct our status not much will change. I’m learning these processes to understand the fraud that has been committed but at the same time if I need to survive in the Matrix I have to get on with it and get the job done.

Hi Kate,
Do you have any updates. Interested in your journey and how you are going with the process? Yes it is challenging. I am currently working through the same process.

My response and feedback from Law tutors

Thank you for your feedback. Yes the game of Monopoly at play. I answered the questions above and received the usual blah, blah from the Facilitator and tutors. Not helpful at all and no sources to back it up. Have to do more research to make them realise the system doesn’t support the community just there back pockets.

MemberDecember 17, 2022 at 9:17 am in reply to: Justice of the Peace How do we get them to witness signature for declarations? Thanks for the tips but unfortunately they are pretty anal with their rules here on the Gold Coast whether in a shopping centre or seperate office. I applied your process and was given the impression they would be committing fraud if they didn’t see the documents and provide advise on how to correct the documents for them to witness the signature. I have read the Qld JP handbook and they must follow the protocol they have been given. I have found no loopholes to get around this yet. Yes it is part of the learning process. But I feel in order to complete a process you need to be aware of the pros and cons and this hasn’t been clarified which can prolong completing a process and cause confusion.

MemberDecember 16, 2022 at 2:50 pm in reply to: Justice of the Peace How do we get them to witness signature for declarations?2 JPs have knocked back the declaration in the form of an affidavit. We keep getting told the format is incorrect and to correct it. I’m quite disappointed Module 36 Conditional Acceptance process doesn’t include tips or ways to solve this roadblock to complete the first step. A lot of time and resources is wasted in travelling from town to town to get the signature witnessed. The webinars don’t mention the issue so you are left to sort it out which is challenging at best.
I need a structured process that provides all the necessary steps including the issues that may arise with a webinar to match each step.

MemberDecember 12, 2022 at 10:23 am in reply to: Justice of the Peace How do we get them to witness signature for declarations?Yes, correct the JP I spoke to would not except the format of the Declaration in the form of an affidavit. I have the JP Handbook for Queensland. But it does not provide examples. The other option is a Public Notary.
