Module 36 Discharge SPER Debt by Bill of Exchange Payment Process
Hi Everyone,
I would love to hear feedback from anyone who has successfully completed this process without any issues?
Did you fully comprehend each step?
Did you receive any correspondence?
Did you have your license suspended during or at the end of completion of this process?
Did you have to go to court?
Did you contact Equifax and list the debtor as a default debtor by completing an application for default listing?
Did you file an application with the Federal Circuit Court for an Order appointing a receiver to your debtor, SPER, OSR or any other parasite?
Working through this process so would love to hear your thoughts?

Hi, I have sent Equifax numerous letters with no success, they just keep saying they are taking the credit card holders word for it. Despite the numerous legal letter I have sent asking for validation of claim or the contract that I have signed. I have even cited the Truth in Lending Act as well a the credit consumer act, sending an affidavit. Still no success.
I am now in the process of the one CC company taking me to court, I guess I will see what transpire with this. Hopefully that answers some of your questions. I will keep you posted as to the results of my court hearings. 😟
I have been in the process of sending a promissory note for another loan I have, but I am going to hold off now until I can clear up this court action against me.

make sure you keep studying. Have you completed a three step notice with affidavit with them to create a new agreement between you? If not then that is something you could complete to prrepare for court.
