Speed Ticket
Hi all sounds crazy but I finally got a ticket hehe well it was a work speed ticket
so i had to sign the statutory form, but i put under duress and without prejudice UCC 1-308
now im just waiting to get the fine it would have been in the high range 11 ks over
when i ask the boss do you know who was driving he said no even though its mainly me and
some times another bloke well i do have my paper work ready if i go to court well 2 pages of it
not their paper work as that’s given them jurisdiction over you so im trying some think new
going in as a simply man. whats the worst that can happen bigger fine jail been there.
did not learn what i learnt to do nothing so here goes let you know how it all pans out

Did you realise that if you are driving in commerce (working for some one) that all of the road rules do apply to you as a person in commerce?

yes i know that but i think its still a contract any way i did get the ticket from inland revenue
and i sent it back to them so will see what happens next you know how i was talking about that
bill of laden i got to thinking is that not a bill of laden what they send you the traffic fine as we are dealing in commerce thanks for all your good advice.
