I am unable to decide to contract appear “in person’ or not The challenge is I want the magistrate to grant a hearing so I’m concerned that it will put thier back up if I dont contract ‘appear in person’ and I’ll get nowhere. 01:25:25 :Samuel: L: Q. I had an incident happen recently where fire rescue Victoria attended our property based on a false alarm of fire. When I advised them that there was no fire they insisted that they needed to come and check and when I finally allowed them onto the property they observed no fire but only ashes / charcoal in a Bunnings firepit as I was burning wood to produce ashes/ charcoal for food however the firemen then wanted to douse the ashes with water and when I refused they then wanted me to pour soil over it and then when I agreed they then turned around and asked me to do that while they watched. I then refused so they walked out of my property and when they walked out I shut the gate as there was clearly no emergency. At this point the firemen called the police and the four to five police, 7 firemen and 1 council worker all jumped over my fence ran to the backyard only to tip the ashes out of the firepit and bury ith with soil and water. Then they left jumping over the fence all the while the police were thre
