Upon their third and final default, we typically setup the terms and conditions, for example, they agree to pay us fourfold upon breach of the private settlement agreement. Could we also include a list of any criminal offences they have committed (and agreed to) within that final notice. For example, You agree you have committed criminal offences of the Criminal Code Act 1995 (Cth), by:
-Breach of the peace by threats, threats with menace Div 147.1 and 147.2

Does stamping a bill of exchange with “non-negotiable, non-transferable” mean that it can only discharge the debt/ liability once and non tradable against your estate?

Q…What would you write in an affidavit in response to the lawyer making this allegation in their affidavit where they wrote the following:
“Allegation of Loan Agreement Variation
7. The contents of the documents deposed in Paragraph 6 above (i.e. Notice of Payment, Contracts 1 & 2 with Promissory Note numbers …), purported to unilaterally vary the executed loan agreement for the New Loan such that terms effecting the following were to be unilaterally inserted:
(a) Payment of the outstanding debt required under each of the New Loan accounts were to be accepted by way of promissory note;
(b) The Plaintiff was required to return the promissory notes within 72 hours of the purported “cooling off period” pursuant to Contract1 and Contract2 to validly reject them under the terms of the “Contracts”; and

They have sent an email saying they’re ending our current plan and moving us across to the Standard Retail Contract which slashes our feed in tariff from 16c to 5c. I sent a Notice of Non Consent to the change demanding where in the contract they can change our plan without our consent. Do I have any leg to stand on to prevent them changing our rates?

00:31:15 dale: Q: Having filed our defence and counter claim to the Magistrates court, we served via registered mail, a sealed copy directly to the council and a seperate sealed copy to the councils liars (CLH Lawyers)address for service as stated on their claim against us. As the mailbox at the liars address for service of documents was too small to put the documents in , the post office left a card for them to collect the registered mail from the post office. Problem being the Liars are not collecting their registered mail at the post office. Our Documents are now being returned to us. As the council has received and is aware of our defence and counterclaim, does that count as being served? They have not filed or served a response after 14 Days.

What happens if you go through a toll without paying or speeding & you have this note taped to your windscreen?

Sum certain etc., the 72 hours has gone, though, could they ask for forgiveness for their tardiness, and then do the changing of the order to the contract and support it with cheque or bill of exchange ? 00:51:49 Meg: I have a home day care and my agreement is with the approved provider. I dont have an agreement with the education dept (government). I had an incident and reported it to the approved provider and then they reported it to the govt. Now the govt is trying to interview me and we their terms for the interview are terrible. I re-offered my terms that If i accept the interview its with my terms and conditions. They said we do not agree and are pushing me to accept to their terms and conditions which are self incriminating. We are in a position now, where they keep asking me to accept the invite under their terms and i politely say yes but under my conditions. If I say no to the interview they are threatening me with not including my information in the decision process and will fine me or they will Exercise coercive powers under the section 215 of the Education and Care Services National Law and require you by written notice appear before the Regulatory Authority to give evidence, I can advise you that your consent

01:30:28 Glen Shepley: @David yeh I tried the “All Rights Reserved” before. They denied it & Im still trying to battle against them. They cancelled via “Service NSW” & when I fronted them & demanded info they palmed it off to “Transport NSW” instead. It’s still on going for me. Too long to explain all the details here.
MARK SAID the best way is to go to a service centre & apply for a whole new license….BETTER STILL is get a drivers license from a different state. That will fix the problem once & for all.
