1. Under the section ‘Your Name’ is ‘Title’. I note you have used ‘MR’ in your example, but there is also ‘Other’ these days. I am under the belief its admiralty, or should we use ‘Other’ and insert say ‘Father’? Does it keep us out of Admiralty (if I have this right?). Pro-cons please.

I do note that paragraph 1 states: “I, answering to the name John Henry Doe of  X suburb….”

I went through the process of sending 3 notices and the response from the Child Support Agency was to bluster and deny the payment had occurred and then proceeded to dock the payments made to me from my employer. Now I have put a complaint in with the Ombudsman who has finally gotten back to me after 8 or 9 months and tried to dismiss the case. What is the best way to continue to hold my position?

Starting the 3 notices after ASIC, AFCA etc

Should i just use 14 days between notices only (which guarantees me their corporate contempt)  since they already used up 120days & supplied no info to me.
