00:06:09 Brandon: Q. Banks application for Summary judgement was on Friday, I requested an adjournment because they had served an affidavit on me just before the hearing. I was granted the adjournment after some back and forth and the magistrate said the hearing would be allocated 4 hours – 2 hours for the hearing and 2 hours for the decision and for reading the submissions. She also ordered that I file written submissions before the hearing. 4 hours seems like an excessive amount of time for an application for summary judgement. Do you know why the magistrate may have done that? And also why she would have ordered me to file and serve written submissions?

However, I cannot find on the BoE document where the ‘Drawee’ is located being the one who provides the funds for the BoE (i.e the $1 stamp), or is it not necessary for the ‘Drawee’ to be on the BoE??

I just got a letter from ATO that they are doing audit on the tax return for Individuals that I’ve recently submitted with them. They are asking for the receipts and any other information that I’ve used to work out my claim, or just fill out the voluntary disclosure form if I made a mistake.
I don’t have any receipts, so do I send them my bank statement showing all the expenses and another affidavit just in case they’ve lost the one I’ve attached to my tax return?

I listened to the liabilities video where the guy says just use risk management. Send claim to the corporations risk managemENt section and if tHey dont deal with it they just send it to their indeminity insurer and theyll pay. He says you dont even have to go to court to deal with it. iS IT REALLY THAT EASY. HE SAYS IT IS.
