General Q&A: 02/07/2025
00:00:57 Aaron: Q: When you are in court and trying to obtain the second witness by expressing concerns with the proceeding, when you ask the magistrate if they would like to see you concerns as per your evidence, do you highlight the sections on the paper you want them to specifically look at?
00:01:00 Daisy Doone: QUESTION…..FROM your module how to hold your position when trust property res is under attack…. You say “ he had better have plenty of insurance because whoever is putting out these rumours, they are personally liable”. So how would you and what term would you use to go after them for putting out rumours? Trespass? Libel? Defamation?
QUESTION….. What would you, in a notice, say to a lawyer, who says that he does not accept that he tacitly affirms our questions when he does not (refuses) answer our questions, when he was given the opportunity to do so, and citing to him in the notice, the maxim “he who does not deny affirms”?
00:02:03 Aaron: Q: When you are in the process of obtaining a second witness, for example the Police, when you ask if they agree you are a man, and their response is no they do not. What would you say next?
00:07:51 Jonathan: Q: On the last Q&A you shared that you do not pay rates to any Councils, can you please share how you were successful in doing this? Your personal experience in getting to that place of not paying?
00:08:30 Aaron: Q: When you are seeking a round table meeting, what is the most effective way of achieving this. Written communication or by over the phone?
00:09:08 Norris: Q. Hi Mark, this is Norris from USA.
Can you walk us through how someone could handle the birth of a child in a way that protects the child’s private status while still allowing them to interact with the public world —such as through a trust, EIN, or patent of nativity—without compromising jurisdiction or contracting with the state ie. through Birth certificate and Social Security number?”
00:09:55 wj: Q. What do I do now the police and magistrate moved forward even with non consent to the trial. Dropped the solicitation charges and left me with no license for 6 m minus 2 served and a 1900 bill while sitting there saying this isn’t coercion this isn’t enslavement this isn’t commerce ??
00:11:41 Aaron: Q: What strategy would you use when accidentally overpaid (via BPAY), a speeding fine (in the ACT – Canberra) and they are threatening to suspend licence and car registration and summons to court because the fine was not paid correctly as per the amount on the fine? (it appears they are seeking a second payment for the actual amount)
00:11:58 Bill Thomas: Q: would you consider doing the 2 monthly Q&A’s a week apart like the 1st & 3rd Wednesday of the month; b/c when working on something urgent, sometimes we have to wait 3 weeks for the next Q&A on the current schedule.
00:12:30 Norris: Q. Hi Mark, Norris again,
I was recently involved in a summons to provide an answer for an alleged credit card debt that I used the AV4 method on. Little background: the process server served an address that I used to live at and not my P.O. Box. ( however the served address is property of my dad who shares the same name) I sent in a response to them as a Motion to DISMSS , with an Affidavit in Support and two exhibit letters from the bank one stating the account was closed but I would need to still pay and another that they have no written agreement or contract. I sent this packet to the court and the banks attorney and now I wait for approval from the court to grant my motion. Any thoughts or suggestions?
00:12:39 Denby Jane: Appreciate your time Mark. I am new to this group. Was wondering if you can help with what to do when you’ve received a threat to cancel your license re an unpaid fine? Thank you.
00:12:51 Bill Thomas: Q. My wife was rear-ended in the U. S. & the other the driver was given a citation. He contested it, so she had to go to court and spend a few hours there. He pleaded *no contest”, so he wouldn’t get any points on his license & only paid a fine. Can she send him 3 demand notices for payment for her time? Anything else she could send him?
00:13:36 Bill Thomas: Q: You said in a workshop, you can’t go to jail if you haven’t damaged someone. Is financially harming them something you could go to jail over? With the tax office, they can put people in jail for not paying. But is that because they just don’t know how to hold their position?
00:13:52 Jo Sochan: Q re smart meters – EnergyAustralia wants me to sign a new contract with the opt-out close removed due to the new rue imposed by an industry regulator. Upon examining the contract, no risks associated with this technology were mentioned, only ‘benefits’. My response: stated that the contract doesn’t provide full disclosure for informed consent and declined listing my concerns regarding unknown long-term health effects, fire risk and privacy concerns. In return, they said the need to comply with the rule and offered me an option to choose non-transmitting smart meter and a delay in installation without addressing any of my concerns (of course). They also suggested I look for a new provider if I don’t consent. I responded with a simple notice letter asking to address 9 questions to provide evidence that the meters are safe. I now received their response saying they need to comply and that meters are safe and cause no adverse health effects. What are my options now? All other providers follow the same path.
00:14:28 Bill Thomas: Q. According to a Q&A you said all debts in the public are prepaid. What does that mean?
00:20:52 Bill Thomas: Q: I took out a high interest personal loan and they do not issue statements. I asked them for a payoff on their letterhead and they just sent me an email with their logo. They bill differently than a normal credit card or loan company. Is there a way to discharge the liability using a PN?
00:35:08 Kevin: Hi mark, I’m currently in the process of taking 50% ownership of a family trust that’s about to receive substantial money every month. I was thinking for this 50% to put my private trust as the owner? Will the accountant will be okay with this? If I’m receiving a lot of money into my private trust bank account will I get in trouble since the other 50% is owned by a registered trust.

00:38:23 Iano: I received a notice, a please explain why I didn’t vote in the local council election. I returned the notice with an explanation, crossed out clauses such as ‘you may be fined if reason is deemed to be invalid’, but did not sign the notice.
Since, the Electoral commission issued an infringement notice stating that the reason was invalid.
I appealed, asking who signed the initial notice. And that I will not proceed until I was told who signed the notice.
Now I have another letter from the Electoral commission, but haven’t opened it.
What shall it do?
00:47:44 wj: If the WA criminal procedure act division 2 sect 20 (4) says : “this section does not affect the operation of an enactment that requires a persons consent, approval and authority to be given for the commencement of a prosecution for an offence”.
Is that not quite clear in stating they need consent ?
00:57:41 wj: Q. If appealing a magistrate who ignored affidavit , cpo, pap, non consent and moved forward anyway does that have to be in the Supreme Court ?
00:59:36 wj: Q. If I have to go that way then what’s going to differ from what happened to me last week ? Is it just going to be a waste of energy and time and should I just remain a slave and give up and leave this joint totally ?
