Australian passport biometric data consent
Greetings,
I have my passport renewal and I am concerned and do not consent to the following bit in the signature declaration box:- “my photo and personal information will be used for data and biometric matching purposes, even in the event that the application is withdrawn (biometric matching allows the passport photo to be electronically compared with other facial images to confirm identity)”.
If I try a ARR signature, will it form formal non consent? I cant imagine it will stop them using it and sharing it with whoever is in the cult world wide.
If they dont except my ARR then does it not seem that they will use my photo and data with my “consent” anyway??…by saying I have a ‘withdrawn’ application when later I fail to provide them a “real” signature? Perhaps this is a way if identifying and sharing who are the diss-idents (those against tyrannical identification).
Is there anyway around having a passport and not being facially digitally identified and ones data shared? Thanks

we are battling since January this year with the ignorant representatives of [DFAT] to honour the service we paid for last year in December … they even try now to return the [$325] funds violating the contract in place. We autographed the doc with “All Rights Reserved. Without Prejudice.” for now we keep asking the igonrant ones questions …

As far as I know a refund does terminate the contract.
