PART 1 - Required

NOTE:

There are 4 respondents for the FEDERAL JURISDICTION.

There are another 4 respondents for the STATE or TERRITORY JURISDICTION.

The Key First Round Documents you require are;

1. A “Certificate of Mailing” – (Positioned on top of the bundle of documents for the 4 respondents within the Federal jurisdiction that receive their bundle of documents by registered post mail). A third party witness, a friend, can testify to witnessing the documents and inserting them into a registered mail envelope. This eliminates any claim there were no documents in the envelope when the respondent receives it (Police Sergeant claimed in court the registered mail envelope he’d received had no documents within it!). The four respondents within the State or territory jurisdiction don’t require serving a Certificate of Mailing because they receive their documents by email.

2. A “My Will Notice, Notice and Demand, Notice of Conditional Acceptance and Notice of Liability” (My Will Notice) - directed to each of 8 key parties – respondents.

3. A “Declaration in the format of an Affidavit and Notice of Understanding and Intent and Claim of Right (Declaration)”, where you assert your claim to various rights which must be rebutted by the respondents or your asserted claims stand at law (law is contract. Law is formed through an unrebutted Affidavit). Only one copy will be emailed to you by reason it is generic, so you only need make seven copies after it is sealed by a Justice of the Peace (JP) and direct one copy to each of 8 key parties – respondents.

4. One copy of a document titled “Fee Schedule” is provided to you. Make a further seven copies so each respondent receives a copy and place as an exhibit to the Declaration immediately behind the last page of the Declaration.

5. “Cruden v Neale” being a single page document that is an exhibit to the Declaration and is to be placed immediately behind the first exhibit titled “Fee Schedule” at the back of each Declaration.

6. An “Affidavit of Claimant” - directed to each of 8 key parties – respondents, for the respondents to complete. No respondent will complete it, thus admitting personal liability and guilt for their part in the supply of contaminated, unhealthy & potentially toxic meat, dairy, eggs and downstream products bearing same from mRNA jabbed livestock and poultry as well as GM foods.

The “My Will Notice” must be signed by the you, and if relevant, your partner. There is facility to enter two further names on these Notices, for two of your offspring. A third offspring name may be added by pen if you wish.

The “Declaration” is signed by you before a J.P. Make 4 copies, 1 copy for you, an original directed to the Prime Minister, 3 remaining copies to each of the remaining respondents within the Federal jurisdiction, whereas the four respondents within the State or Territory jurisdiction receive their Declaration via email.

The “Affidavit of Claimant” is directed to each of the 8 respondents for them to sign before a JP.  It is not for you to sign nor complete. Its purpose is to ensure the respondents either accept liability and guilt for the devastating effect of supply of contaminated, unhealthy & potentially toxic meat, dairy, eggs and downstream products bearing same from mRNA jabbed livestock and poultry as well as GM foods on your health or reply to you in writing expressing they are opposed themselves to supply of such food sources and will do everything within their powers to stop such supply thereof. You will receive from us one copy of the Affidavit of Claimant. Print a copy for each Respondent within the Federal jurisdiction. The State or Territory respondents receive their copy by email.

The “Certificate of Mailing” discloses all the documents to insert in the envelope. It is signed by your witness (Friend or family member). Place the Certificate of Mailing at the top of the bundle of documents.

As the address of 3 Federal ministers are at the same location, the bundle of documents for each of the three Federal Ministers can be inserted within the same registered post mail envelope and mailed to the one address at Parliament House The words “Office Found” at the top of the first page of any document directs whoever collects the mail to direct each of the bundles of documents to the appropriate Minister.

Another set of documents is posted by registered post mail to the address of the Governor General, the address disclosed in both the Certificate of mailing and the “My Will Notice, Notice & Demand, Notice of Conditional Acceptance and Notice of Liability” (My Will Notice).

Ensure you hand write in red ink on each of the 2 registered post mail envelopes upon the front face of the registered post mail envelope “Tampering with the mail is a Federal Offence…”.

Ensure you photocopy all signed documents and retain a scanned copy of these.

Also take a snap shot of the registered post mail envelopes before you post them. It’s imperative you create a record of all communications and proof of mailing and proof of delivery – by going to the Australia Post website and key in the unique registered post mail number so as to identify precisely when the respondents received their bundle of documents.

The State and Territory Ministers and Attorney Generals receive their bundle of documents via email, these being provided for you in the documents titled “Declaration …” and “My Will Notice”.

Ensure you take a snap shot of the sent email as proof of delivery. These respondents will not receive a certificate of Mailing because the evidence of delivery of the bundle of documents is the snapshot of the delivered email.

Wait 14 days after posting and emailing the bundle of documents. It is extremely unlikely any respondent with reply to you and deliver answers to your “My Will Notice” nor rebut the assertions made in your “Declaration”. This is precisely the outcome we want so the respondents proceed to their first default.

On the 15th day after having posted and emailed the first round bundle of documents to the respondents, you can proceed with posting and emailing the second round bundle of documents to the same respondents.

Key Second Round documents you require are: - directed to each of 8 key parties – respondents.

1. Certificate of Mailing (Positioned on top of the Affidavit for the 4 Federal respondents that receive hard copies of the bundle of documents)

2. Default Notice

You’re unlikely to receive a reply to your first round of documents. Whether you do or don’t receive a reply, 14 days after having posted the first round documents (diarise all your mailing/emailing dates) – proceed to “Round 2” documents – “Default Notice” and post the round 2 documents on the 15th day after having posted the round one documents.

Key Third Round Documents you require - directed to each of same 8 key respondents, are;

1. Certificate of Mailing (For the respondents at the federal level)

2. Final Notice

Wait again 14 days for any reply to the second round documents and on the 15th day proceed with completing the “Round 3” document titled “Final Notice”. If the respondents don’t reply with answers to the questions asked within your Final Notice within 14 days of the date on the Final Notice then it is taken as the respondents’ third default and a private default judgment is created where the respondents agree, by assent through their silence, that;

1. You and your family are entitled to supply of uncontaminated, healthy, meat, dairy, eggs and downstream products bearing same from non mRNA jabbed livestock and poultry and non GM food sources, and
2. They themselves will exert their own energies into stopping and prevention of supply of such toxic contaminated food sources, and
3. They themselves accept full and complete liability personally for all harm, illness, injury and death caused any member of your family as a result of their consumption of contaminated, unhealthy & potentially toxic meat, dairy, eggs and downstream products bearing same from mRNA jabbed livestock and poultry and GM food sources, and that they agree to pay you in timely manner an award for the damage/s caused by the consumption of such food sources.

Key Fourth Round Documents You require and direct hard copies to the Prime Minister only. And email copies to the four State or Territory respondents, only because of the volume of paperwork involved with assembling the Affidavit;

Part 2 (Optional but encouraged to participate)

To optimize the effect of the Non-Consent To; mRNA Jabbed Livestock & Poultry & GM Foods Notification Process requires the support of producers and suppliers of livestock, growers and downstream suppliers and producers.

To this end, Solutions Empowerment has drawn up an extensive list of chief executives of producers, food suppliers, processors, State and Federal industry association leaders and others (parties), who can be targeted by email by all of you who participate in this private administrative “non mRNA Jabbed Livestock and Poultry & Genetically Modified (GM) food” process by emailing each or as many of these parties as your time permits, the following;

1. The introductory paragraph disclosed below, copy and pasted to your email, along with
2. The “Non Consent to mRNA Jabbed Livestock and Poultry & Genetically Modified (GM) food” flyer, and
3. The Prime Minister copy of the documents titled “My Will Notice, Notice and Demand, Notice of Conditional Acceptance and Notice of Liability” and “Declaration in the Format of an Affidavit and Notice of Understanding and Intent And Claim of Right”

So each of the parties;

1. Can see a united and concerted effort by community members across the country to stop or prevent orders, directions and/or legislation being created to compel the mRNA vaccination of all livestock and poultry, and
2. Become educated and acquainted with the dangers of inserting foreign mRNA into livestock and poultry and the downstream dangers imposed upon mankind who consume the end products of the mRNA jabbed livestock and poultry industry, and
3. Is afforded real and early opportunity to join with us in a concerted effort to stop the introduction of orders, directions and/or legislation for the mRNA vaccination of all livestock and poultry in Australia.

I write to you about an impending emergency situation close to my heart, and perhaps yours too, a matter that, if realised, will devastate and decimate the livestock and poultry population and industry within Australia, and as a consequence, affect and decimate the population of Australia also.

It is planned by the Federal Government to introduce legislation during the course of 2023 for the mandatory mRNA vaccination of all livestock and poultry.

I felt it necessarily urgent to inform you early and thereby afford you an opportunity to join with the general population in stopping this program – agenda to mRNA vaccinate all Australian livestock and poultry by reason the dangers of implanting foreign mRNA into any living creature is already known and is a program of mass genocide.

Please read the attached Non Consent Leaflet, bearing links to the Federal Government mRNA livestock vaccination proposal as well as one link of many that discloses the risks and unknowns associated with certain widespread vaccination programs.

Adhere to the following steps to retain & exercise your rights, liberties and freedoms whilst retaining your entitlements & right to free choice in regard to access to healthy uncontaminated, non mRNA jabbed livestock or poultry & Genetically Modified (GM) food sources.

1. No-­‐one and no legislation, statute, act or code on earth can over-ride, trespass, set aside or diminish an agreement or contract (Rules of Equity), as the Rules of Equity (defined as what is fair, just & equitable) prevails over legislation.

2. This three step notification process is mandatory because without noticing and expressing to the hierarchy of alleged authority (Government Ministers) and various organizations of your non-consent and your objection to supply of contaminated, unhealthy or otherwise mRNA and GM food sources, it will be presumed by your silence that you have assented and agreed to it. Your silence is regarded as your agreement by assent. Never ever remain silent on any issue you don’t consent and object to. You must express your non-consent by way of a written notification process, or better, a “My Will Notice”.

Instructions

Before you begin you need to purchase 7 x A4 size registered post envelopes, 2 envelopes for each of the first three rounds of documents and one envelope to post the fourth round document to the Prime Minister.

6. The first round documents consist of;

• 1. registered mail A4 size envelopes. These envelopes are used to address respondents in the Federal jurisdiction. Three Federal Minister’s documents are inserted in the one registered mail envelope because each is addressed to the same address – Parliament House. The second registered mail envelope is addressed to the Governor General at Government House.
• 2. “Certificates of Mailing” (4) – completed by your 3rd party witness friend or family member) – they themselves insert all the first round documents into a registered post envelope. Each Certificate of mailing is addressed to each respondent at the Federal level. The Certificate of Mailing lies at the top of the group of documents in each set that is addressed to each respondent.
• 3. “My Will Notice, Notice and Demand, Notice of Conditional Acceptance and Notice of Liability” is the second document in the set – being a completed document and requiring only your signature at the bottom of the last page. Signature should be made in purple or blue pen. Each of the 4 respondents in the Federal jurisdiction gets a hard copy, whereas the 4 respondents at the State or Territory level receive their bundle of documents by email.
• 4. “Declaration in the Format of an Affidavit and Notice of Understanding and Intent and Claim of Right” is the third document in the set. It requires on the top of the 3rd page beside “L.S.” your thumb print – in purple or red water based ink, if you can locate a water based stamp (Spotlight for under $5), and then your signature before a J.P. in purple or blue pen. Make 5 copies of the Declaration, one for each of the three Federal Ministers, one to the Governor General, and you keep a copy. You need to scan a copy so each of the State or Territory respondents receive a copy.
• 5. One copy of a document titled “Fee Schedule” is provided to you. It is the first exhibit to the Declaration immediately behind the last page of the Declaration.
• 6. “Cruden v Neale” being a single page document that is an exhibit to the Declaration and is to be placed immediately behind the “Fee Schedule’ page at the back of the Declarations.
• 7. “Affidavit for Claimant” is the fourth document in the set. Do not complete this document as it is for the respondent parties to complete so ensure each of the eight respondents receive a copy. None will sign the Affidavit because to do so is to accept liability for damages they cause you by accommodating and/or complying – conspiring with others to the supply of contaminated, unhealthy & potentially toxic meat, dairy, eggs and downstream products bearing same from mRNA jabbed livestock and poultry and GM food sources. No respondent will ever sign anything accepting liability. By not signing is already evidence of the respondents’ agreement of acceptance of liability by “assent” – silence, and their admission contaminated, unhealthy & potentially toxic meat, dairy, eggs and downstream products bearing same from mRNA jabbed livestock and poultry and GM food sources are potentially and actually lethal and life threatening.
• 8. A document expressing “Tampering with the mail…”. This statement is to be handwritten in bold red pen on the top of each envelope. Mail has been with held at a Post Office in Canberra near Parliament House. That is evidence of obstruction and tampering with mail, being a Federal offence. The Post Office needs to be placed on notice not to interfere with the delivery of mail.

7. You will receive the documents by email in PDF form.

8. Post both registered mail envelopes off after you have completed & signed the relevant documents.

9. Wait 14 days before beginning the second round of documents.

10. You will require 2 A4 size registered mail envelopes (unless you are in a country that has no registered mail), one to carry the Certificate of Mailing and Default Notice addressed to each of three Federal ministers, and the other envelope to deliver the same documents to the Governor General.

11. On day 15, go through steps 2 to 5 above and just below “Accounts Setup” click on “Round 2”. Enter your email address and password. An email bearing the second round documents, a set of 4 Certificates of Mailing and 8 Default Notices, one for each respondent, will be sent to your email address almost instantaneously. The respondents that receive the Default Notice by email don’t require a Certificate of mailing because the evidence of delivery is the documents are attached to the email.

12. Just like the round one process, have your witness, a friend or family member, complete the 4 respective “Certificates of Mailing”. You sign the Default Notices. Scan them for your records. Post three copies within the same registered post mail envelope to the Federal Ministers who reside at the same address and another set to the Governor General. Email a set to each respondent at the State or Territory level.

13. Again wait 14 days before beginning the third round of documents.

14. On day 15, repeat the steps 2 to 5 above and just below “Round 2” click on “Round 3”. Enter your email address and password. An email bearing the third round documents, a set of 4 Certificates of Mailing and 8 Final Notices, one for each respondent, will be sent to your email address almost instantaneously.

15. Just like the round one process, have your witness, a friend or family member, complete the 4 respective “Certificates of Mailing”. You sign the Final Notices. Scan them and save copies.

16. Then insert the Certificate of Mailing and Final Notice for each of the Federal Ministers into the one registered mail envelope and the remaining Certificate of Mailing and Final Notice into the other – second registered mail envelope addressed to the Governor General. Email a set to each respondent at the State or Territory level.

17. If the respondents haven’t replied to your registered mail and email correspondence within 14 days after receiving your correspondences, an agreement is established between all the parties (you and the respondents) where the respondents have agreed and accepted, by their assent via their silence and intent – inaction and acquiescence;
18. Supply of contaminated, unhealthy & potentially toxic meat, dairy, eggs and downstream products bearing same from mRNA jabbed livestock and poultry and GM food sources are potentially and actually lethal and life threatening, and
19. They have no claim of jurisdiction or authority over you and therefore cannot legally, lawfully or validly compel you to comply with any of their directions, orders and/or legislation regarding introduction and supply of contaminated, unhealthy & potentially toxic meat, dairy, eggs and downstream products bearing same from mRNA jabbed livestock and poultry and GM food sources are potentially and actually lethal and life threatening, and
20. You are a private man or woman, as the case may be, therefore being beyond their sphere or scope of authority and jurisdiction, and
21. You are free and at liberty to do as you so see fit and desire as long as no life is harmed, this including the supply of your own uncontaminated, healthy, meat, dairy, eggs and downstream products bearing same from non mRNA jabbed livestock and poultry and non GM food sources, and
22. You and your family are entitled to supply of uncontaminated, healthy, meat, dairy, eggs and downstream products bearing same from non mRNA jabbed livestock and poultry and non GM food sources, and
23. They themselves will exert their own energies into stopping and prevention of supply of such food sources, and
24. They themselves accept full and complete liability personally for all harm, illness, injury and death caused any member of your family as a result of their consumption of contaminated, unhealthy & potentially toxic meat, dairy, eggs and downstream products bearing same from mRNA jabbed livestock and poultry and GM food sources, and that they agree to pay you in timely manner an award for the damage/s caused by the consumption of such food sources.

18. Await 14 days to pass after delivering the 3rd round of documents. On the 15th day you can “Certify” the commercial default and Private Default Judgment against your respondents and in favour of yourself by completing an Affidavit (“Round 4” document), witnessed by a qualified public officer titled “Justice of the Peace” (J.P.), along with;
19. Place a Certificate of Mailing above the Affidavit and mail it to the Prime Minister.
20. All four State or Territory respondents receive their Affidavit via email without a Certificate of Mailing.

1. 4. Contact by telephone the office of the State and/or Federal Health Minister & ask for the Minister or someone next in line to authority, obtain their;

5. Shame & blame the respondent by;
