“Constitution of no effect”
Where can I find out more about this please. Mark was talking about the Constitution not applying to us on the Q & A on Wednesday.

Didn’t he say in the last Q and A (https://solutionsempowerment.org/general-qa-06-11-2024/ from approx 11:34) “Look the Constitution frankly (if you’re talking about the Federal Constitution of Australia) it was never valid from day one. Why do I make that assertion? Because only 7% of the population voted on it. Firstly it was a fraud because a corporation was formed, (that’s already a fraud), and a corporation can only operate with a constitution, well if only 7% of the population voted on it how does it apply to the rest of the population. Secondly were you alive at the time and were you one of the 7%? If no then how the heck does that apply to you? It can only apply, if at all, to employees and agents of the Commonwealth of Australia. If you are a citizen or resident, that includes you. If you are NOT a citizen or resident it doesn’t include you. If you are a man or a woman, how can that apply to you? The Constitution was created by the forefathers to protect men and women from overarching and aggressive Governments. It doesn’t apply to you, it applies to THEM, but people are smearing it on themselves saying they are UNDER the Constitution. That makes you a legal ‘person’ or a ‘citizen’ or a ‘resident’. That may be FATAL. I’d suggest don’t do that, but I’m not going to say do or don’t..I wouldn’t do it…” So I believe he was making the point that we don’t use the Constitution to protect ourselves unless we want to subvert to a lower status than living man or woman, but only use it to hold THEIR feet to the fire as they are the only ones bound by it as they are acting as employees of the corporation. The same way we use Acts and Statutes to hold them to account for breaking their own rules, but never use them to protect ourselves unless we want to be under their jurisdiction as ‘citizens etc letting go of our superior status as living men and women (which would take away many advantages and make us subject to them and all of their rules and legislations).

Thanks for that. Mark was saying to search for the “Constitution Of No Effect” but I can’t find it anywhere. I have heard from other sources about the Constitution doesn’t apply to us and it does make sense what he is saying

This is in reference to the US Constitution and who the founders were. They were all slave owners.
