Q: What can we do to help her. She is dying and she wants to leave the house to her children.

We have sent in notices of conditional acceptance, x 3,  Certificate of default and equitable estoppel and a Quo Warranto. The Notices from SE don’t seam to work, Notices from Know your Rights Don’t’ work. I called them 4 years ago and quoted the constitution and had all the fees removed so why are they ignoring the constitution now. What can people do to have excess fees removed?

Just wanted to bring it only because the site has been having few issues lately. Also, the Donation payment bounced and the bank said the payment is being rejected.

00:07:45 Terrie: Hi Mark, I have applied to VCAT after builder breached DBDRV mediation and now I have to obtain expert reports as to quote items defective and incomplete. Had a Directions Hearing recently and the builder raised the fact I did not sign the building contract but my name is listed on the contract. I am the Applicant of the VCAT matter. My parents are listed on the building contract too but they signed the contract. Because I did not sign the building contract but my name is listed as the owners on the contract, is this going to be an issue with my VCAT matter moving forward if it reaches to a tribunal hearing?

For 2023 and 2024 should I 

a) not report an income at all? Or 

b) put the amount that I have converted from crypto to AUD (from an exchange that has my KYC) and then reduce the taxable amount using the other expenses and send it in with a declaration?

00:24:45 Nick Stevens: I am having significant issues opening a trust account with the non-registered trust I purchased through you. My bank asked for a letter of resolution which you told me you had never experienced or heard of before when I asked about it. I then went to a different bank and they came back and declined my request to open an account because the trust deed is invalid and wouldn’t be accepted under their policy. I’ve emailed the private trust makers email and haven’t had a response about what to do. 

Is there a list of banks that have accepted this trust as I am starting to think that perhaps purchasing a trust from you wasn’t the right thing to do and that no one can help me move forward with opening a trust account as no one else has had these issues before.

Short story, he was a con artist and left me with $300,000 debt to landlord, and declared himself bankrupt (after channeling $$ to his wife company, was always his plan). Debt is technically still live but they just sitting on it, they wont progress it, or come to a solution to discharge.   What can you suggest to get me out of this?

In my Statutory Demand matter heard in the Federal Court last week, the Loan Manager company (plaintiff) used a legal loophole to have their application to set aside the statutory demand dismissed on jurisdictional grounds by attempting to serve me a copy of their application informally via email despite my email address not being listed as the service address on the statutory demand. They gave the excuse that they couldn’t access the electronic court filed documents until 2 days after the 21 day statutory period had expired and therefore couldn’t serve me in time. The lawyer sent me their filed documents 2 days after the 21 day statutory period had expired. The Judge said the court has no jurisdiction to decide the subject matter of the application because the Corporations Act had no provision to deal with such a situation and therefore he dismissed the plaintiff’s application because of this without me getting to make any submissions or give any evidence. Q…Would the following be grounds for a successful appeal where the judge never asked the plaintiff what the correct address for service was (they had not served me correctly because my email address was not specified as the service address on the statutory demand), I didn’t get to make any submissions or present any evidence prior to the judge making his decision (e.g. plaintiff was in commercial default), and also I had email evidence that the plaintiff’s excuse for not serving me within the statutory 21 day period was contradictory to what the plaintiff’s solicitor had told me why they sent me their filed application via email?

01:04:02 Paul – GC: Q: Follow up Question for Trespassers from Dept of Ag(claiming the Biosecurity Act as Authority) Is there any dialogue that will turn them around when they do come onto our land with Police officers? The officers I questioned today just laughed at my questions aimed at qualifying whether they had consent/contract etc. “We don’t need consent” they said. Should I report the incident to the local Police Shop that trespassers with guns came onto my land? Would that have to be done at the time it is occurring? Or can we report it later?

The CBA bank declined my offer because numerous times I wouldnt give them a reason why I wanted the money. 

I went to a second CBA bank 2 days later she also again refused (after reading my “CBA customer profile”) and tells me it was declined 2 days earlier & now they Shut down my accounts & credit card and I cant access my account from any branch in Australia.

I requested an FOI. Realised later that the 2nd bank manager wrote on my FOI “request for Personal information”. THIS IS FRAUD.

Got statement from ist bank manager but they refused to supply 2nd managers statement saying IT DOESNT FALL INTO THEIR GUIDELINES when I have proof that 2nd bank manager made a statement.

3 times Ive requested a statement from the 2nd CBA bank manager & they refuse saying no interactions with her.

Now have to contact AFCA. Do I send my affidavit to AFCA along with FOI FRAUD document?

They have told me that there is a by-law that compels us to mow the nature strips outside our yards. They have told me that if I don’t want to mow I can apply to plant a garden so long as there are no food plants. I do not want to do this.

Australian Citizen immediately as my Father was working for the Aust Gov in Yugoslavia(had to travel from Yugo to england for my birth) I had heard a woman from the UK had exceptional trouble trying to source. With the fact that i am in Terra Australis it may well be quite difficult to obtain. Can I just send notice to reconvey?

Id like to know too! If we cant use your trust with the public realm, how are we supposed to protect our estate. can you please explain?
