Dealing with SPER
Posted by Jess on November 12, 2022 at 8:15 amHi Everyone.
I can see a few people have been trying to discharge debt with sper. Im looking for some help with verbage. I will send the fine back to them asking to provide evidence of our contract. But im unsure what else to say or if this is the rite process. It has been suggested I require them to return the fine back to the issuer. Any advice here?
Thank you
Cheers
Jess

Hi jess try sending this bill of lading form i have uploaded just need to edit it
get it notarised and send it to them registered mail also look up the ABN number of SPER
it will tell you who owns the company or runs it i have checked i think its one of the minsters
could be transport send them one as well SPER is just a cooperation and not government any ways
i would if i had a fine.

A bill of lading is a
document accompanying freight that states the agreement between the
shipper and the carrier and governs their relationship when goods are
transported. It details the cargo in the shipment and gives title or
ownership of that shipment to the receiving party specified on the
document.

Hi wills, thank you for sharing this document, I’m only just seeing this now. Im not sure I could edit it correctly as I don’t quite understand it. Have you had success with sper? Or using this document?
-
Hi jess have not used that doc as yet i have had a resent fine which i still have not payed yet
but i had the opportunity to test some other paper work i have sent the 3 notices plus notice
of default even sent an (affidavit no response, notary had me swear an oath as well which he noted down) they did reply back except we are not a private corporation we were
gazetted in blabla year that was to Queensland revenue office the registrar also sent after that
a Notary Certificate of Non-Response both notarized as well. the only good thing out of
this it did stall them for 2 months.
sent me 2 more letters as well but sent them back no contract etc my guess it was cancellation
of license that’s fine well the point is i dont think it matters what paper work you send to them
they will still go ahead they can have their license but if they take money or my property
i will put a lien on there property either on the registrar, Megan from sper and there agents if i can fined there names if not it falls on there employer Queensland Treasury .
i have done up my own claim of right to operate my private automobile notarized even done
up a power of attorney for the all caps name well equitable title notarized as well and a few other docs.
