I am reading and learning as much as possible. I can see that there is quite a bit of case law but no real idea as to if/when it is applicable nor how/when to use it. I probably have just enough knowledge to get myself into trouble and really need a mentor or advisor of some sort to get to grips with the process.

If you are not confident then take the path of least resistance, learn how to deal with any fine they impose via the webinar and any Modules to purchase under the webinar, then you can really start to learn and study after that.
