    How to clear things to reconvey or are we clear already?

    Hi,

    Our ultimate goal is to reconvey, but are ‘weighed’ down by processes we’ve used for expiation fines and payment processes used now holding position on.

    My understanding is that we need to be free of these fines in our legal fiction to reconvey/convey.

    At this moment, i have a warrant out for my arrest for not attending a court date which i elected to have but never received any court dates. Same for my husband, except he has been arrested already, randomly, and given his summons. He was arrested for not attending a court date he did not receive.We do have private settlement agreements in place for these fines.

    The police will not enter our property because of the no trespassing signs at the front gate, which we got off this site.:))

    So the question is, how do we free ourselves from these to reconvey, or are we freed already because of their non rebuttal of our notices and assent to them?

    Also holding position on a BOE that the fines Dept is completely ignoring.

    And a few cheque processes that are being responded to well over the 72 hours and saying the cheque is ‘not for the full amount’. DUH
