if they are a public business then the legislation applies to them. If they are a private business with no public advertising (do you ever see advertisements for Solutions Empowerment?) then the legislation does not apply to them without their consent. If you are a public business and registered then you have consented. However if it is just a mandate etc then it is not legislation and can be challenged by everyone public or private.

True. How do you start a business in the private; one that teaches people about strategies of operating in the private (like creditors in commerce) without putting yourself at risk of getting targeted by the pirates and parasites who want to make an example out of someone (like jack from creditors in commerce got made an example out of)? What’s everything you’d do to cover your backside (ie get profits made sent into a private non-reg trust instead of personal bank account, etc..)

Mark says to set up a Foundation and a Trust, business through the foundation and assets in the trust. But if you just had a small thing going if you had some clients and they all paid cash and you just get clients by word of mouth then there is nothing to declare and no evidence that you are operating in the public because you are not. Deal in cash and keep your funds at home, get work by word of mouth. Some people do that here where I’m from and they just keep their ear to the ground for work and get paid strictly in cash. If people try to dob you in just demand that the parasites have evidence of what they are accusing you of and let them know you don’t consent to doing business with them and if they persist offer them your fee schedule and let them know that they are now harassing you. If they won’t stop then they have accepted your offer of a fee schedule. No evidence means no valid claim. So no receipts given out, just operating the old fashioned way, a gentleman’s agreement. If any of your clients try to make claims against you. then if they have no receipts and therefore no evidence that money changed hands, then they have nothing (unless you incriminate yourself by agreeing you have done work and got paid). Just get used to making sure there are no smartphones about when you are doing anything in the private as they are spy devices. There are no laws against you being able to get money or exchange labour to buy food and pay rent. They can ask you for details of any work but they can’t demand it and it is the same as when you speak to parasitical police, they are just trying to get you to incriminate yourself. Just ask the parasites questions and answer their questions with a question to ensure the burden of proof stays with them and always record and carry a folder about with you with questions and case law etc in it so you are always prepared for any approaches.

it sounds like the pirates and parasites want to ensure any profit from vaping goes to whomever the parasite class decide can have authorisation to do so in the public, therefore probably funneling profits to their buddies in the public.
