What’s the hold up?? Can someone get back to me?
Posted by boul-dens on March 8, 2023 at 7:42 amAnybody else experiencing delays with setting up the trust?
Online form submitted 3 weeks ago (same night as the scheduled call), no acknowledgment and no forms received. I’ve submitted an online enquiry and still got nothing.
I imagine the discount offer sold like hotcakes and mark is already busy, and I normally wouldn’t care too much but I’m in the process of buying a house and the agent is ready to give up on me because I don’t know my trust name!
Anyone else experiencing delays too or is it just me? Maybe he didn’t get my form?? How do I get in touch to find out how my application is going???

Hi there,
You will have received an email from the moment you bought the trust. It outlines the 3 steps to complete the whole process. You can also reply directly to that email to discuss this with the trust team. I only happened to stumble here, however all support is offered via reply email to that trust “3 steps” or http://solutionsempowerment.org/contact/assistance/

Hey mark,
Yes I received the email as soon as I bought trust. We’ve had the trust call and I’ve submitted the form. This is 3 weeks ago. Did you receive it? (Fee.bou@gmail.com)
I have also tried responding to that trust email, as well as complete an o line contact form, but have had no reply.
Appreciate your help

Mark is having a Q and A 7pm Australian time tonight you could attend that and ask him there http://solutionsempowerment.org/event/general-qa-march-8/.

Mark attended well to my initial consultation boul-dens. I actually met Mark at a Brisbane Distrcit Court matter and I can vouch for him. It will all come together in the end. He’s had a lot on at the moment interstate so hang tight. I’m sure you are well and truly on their radar.

There’s another Q and A next Wednesday if you missed this one. Make sure you get on early so he will get to your question. I always log in quickly if I have questions and have my questions prepared ahead of time and then cut and paste them in to ensure he sees them and answers them.

Hi,
I don’t attend to trust inquiries, nor do I attend public inquiries here on forums for something that’s private and best you contact support direct (as you have)….however I’ve verified that our system has sent you notifications that provide information as to your matter. I checked that after reading your comment “Online form submitted 3 weeks ago (same night as the scheduled call), no
acknowledgment and no forms received. I’ve submitted an online enquiry
and still got nothing”. All is working fine, from this end, and as to what I see from your end (check your Junk email?).The trust process takes a few weeks, I know Mark had some technical issues last week, so you’ll have an update soon, I’m sure!

My apologies mark – I didn’t realise it takes a few weeks. I had it in my head it was approx 4 days
Anyway I can see now in my email my trust form has progressed. Thank you for taking the time to review and explain any delay
Looking forward to finalising the application with uou
