    Who to involve in the set up a VERY basic trust?

    The purpose of my trust is to protect a single piece of property. No business involved.

    I would prefer if only members of my FAMILY were involved, but does that leave the trust open to being busted if creditors were to come after the property? Is family-only a “weak” trust in this case?
