Hai, I am seeking some help with a few court cases that I have, two are on the Mask mandates and they are almost 2 years old. Originally I made the complaints with the Human Rights Tribunal and I have come to realize now that this is probably the wrong jurisdiction. Plus the HRT have not helped anyone and have been dismissing most cases. My case is quite unique, this is why I believe that it has been going on for the last two years. In one case I have been up against 3 lawyers and they have been harsh to say the least. I am thinking I should move it to small claims court instead and going after the people individually. I only have one month to decide as it is coming up to the 2 year time period cut off. I have been trying to learn as much as possible but feel like a small fish in a big ocean. I am seeking someone to give advise and or support me in any information or direction they could provide.
Secondly, recently my husband and I, upon coming back into Canada were detained, our vehicle ransacked and we have received a $20,000 fine ($10,000 each) for not following the quarantine rules and for not speaking to a Health Officer. I am wanting to put in a complaint against the two officers for falsely detaining us and I sent the tickets in for not guilty and now I am awaiting our court dates. The battles that are before us are complete and utter tyranny.
