Witnesses Invited! For 27 May & 3 June 2026 hearings so yes it’s urgent, & beyond. Text 0497 755 025 to participate. Witnessed statement to say, the Commissioner accepted my Promissory Note (&/or boe) on or about ??? (full details optional).

Commissioner is now REFUSING payment (in Australian Currency as validated in Tax Administration/Banking/Currency Acts), despite stating the obligation to Pay, is Withdrawn; Maxims “Money refused releases person paying…”, “Money rejected is money accepted”.

In our April hearing, leave was granted for self-representation, but Court staff refused to file paperwork/affidavits with “please remove paragraphs and exhibits under the Form 4 template”, yet the template says “To oppose, state your reasons here.”! Registrar adjourned and ordered legal representation at next hearing. That would be disaster.

To overcome, cross out “Solicitor’s Code” on the Form 4 (& other forms) template, replace with A Justice of the Peace, above write [Supreme Court] General Civil Procedure Rule 1.17, “Where otherwise provided” a court of summary jurisdiction – Acts Interpretation Act 1901 sect 2B. Have this notarised by your favoured JP. Can’t be sure, but this allowed for self-representation, & the Registrar ordered the refused paperwork/affidavits to be filed.
