How do these Acts he is referring to give them any authority or jurisdiction over our lives without our consent? How do they override contract law? Meaning if private agreements are created how do they have any jurisdiction over those? If we stop giving them power of attorney (every time we vote don’t we hand over power of attorney to the government?) and instead create our own agreements then how do the Acts they pass have any jurisdiction over our affairs? Haven’t they told us when we purchase the title we own it? Does that mean there is a fraud being carried out? If there is a fraud being carried out doesn’t that void any claims they may be making? Isn’t possession 9/10ths of the law? How can Torrens title override Fee Simple title without our consent? Do their Acts and Statutes have any jurisdiction over living men and women? If they harm people without their consent isn’t that a tort under legislation? Doesn’t that behoove us to make it very clear by way of documentation in a conditional acceptance process that we do not consent without them taking liability for any harm caused and to create agreements with them through this process that bind them and the courts? Isn’t that why we are on here and what we are learning to do?
