Supreme Court; after I contacted the department of transport and informed the lady who submitted the original certificate of evidence to the police, that it wasn’t a true reflection of my current license card and signature and that there was also no mention of my international class (though just expired) resulting in one of the charges at appeal and that material provided could damage her employment. I contacted her after I got flogged by the police and she verbally told me she had sent the updated and accurate certificate of evidence to the prosecution. At the directions hearing I plum forgot to ask where it was and I’ve called DOT and asked if they can send the same to me for my records. And being honest, I don’t know where to start with this question lol……… if I get it and the state solicitor doesn’t know I have it can I ask why it’s being omitted ?? Will it restart the whole process ? How can I apply this ?

Turns out they are going to repurchase the land after broken glass, super six or azzy, 10ft plus lengths of railway line vertically sticking up x4 , all sorts.. Anyway 3 months ago I reported it and was told to be patient as it’s a lengthy process. Turns out they are going to buy it back from me , so I presume it was a contaminated site.. I asked about any remedy as this has cost me soooooooooo much money and resources not to mention 7k of fencing ect ect… Monday she asked for another month and no remedy mentioned again though I asked. How do I go about this ?

This sovereign citizen crap; Can or should men and women pursue or request FOIs as to which person decides and/or has been granted authority to, put on a list or police records they are a “self proclaimed sovereign citizen”?
The only persons claiming to be sovereign (king/queen of Australia) are the govcorp and they are a citizen under the citizenship act. Bit of a self projection there I believe and we should be able to the right to life and not be on a list

Q: My 17 year old son recently started a casual job and I ticked the tax free threshold box and he has been receiving the full amount in his bank account, however when he works a week and earns more than the weekly average of the tax free threshold, tax is then held. Is there another way to make sure every gross dollar be paid or do we just still need to complete a individual tax return for him? Or can he fill out a “statement by a supplier” form that I found on the ATO website?
