00:17:46 Carey: I have lodged an appeal to the County Court Melbourne over a charge laid against the All Caps Trust in the magistrates court when in the Mag court they wouldn’t let me speak, sent me to the gallery then heard the matter ex party, yet wrote on the charge sheet ‘in -person’. Any ideas for the appeal? I went in for a directions hearing and they gave an adjournment for in a few months time… would you employ the rules of equity, the presumptions? How would you approach it?

And has the business card replaced the warrant card/oath of policeman that they would have normally have carried, and as they have to carry it as part of their uniform, and which worldwide body says that it has to be part of the their uniform, please?
