General Q&A: 25/03/2026
00:07:20 Daisy Doone: QUESTION… Can they sell/auction your property without going to court first to have a hearing/mention and so go to trial and be able to defend and counterclaim the council. What I mean is can they send you a notice of sale of your property without going to court first? if you have no mortgage and your title is fee simple? We receive no services at all from the council, having answered everything ever sent to us, done a PAP and a “Notice of Acknowledgement of Agreement”. No answer from them to all the questions I have asked them, ever, most of which you have suggested in your Modules. Ie where is their authority and jurisdiction etc
00:08:07 Daisy Doone: QUESTION… re affidavit… When is the best time to send the council an affidavit? Straight after you have attained an agreement through silence to your PAP and notice of acknowledgement of agreement directly to the council? Or should we wait until we are summoned to court and keep our facts close to our chest until needed to, so the opposition do not have too much time to rebut our affidavit and see what our actual plan will be? If so in that case, would the affidavit be submitted after the “Intention to defend” and then would be part of our defence? Or part of our counterclaim ? Or does it not really matter if we send the affidavit to the council before even being summoned to court?
00:12:04 Aaron: Q: When in a round table meeting with lawyers, what do you say to get them back on track with your setup questions?
00:14:53 Kevin: Hi Mark.
In you email on Sovereign Citizen you refer to “Sovereign” being “a free man or woman”. However, doesn’t “Sovereign” more accurately mean “a head of state or a King or a Queen” not “a free man or woman”?
