00:04:15 Bill k: Q: Can I discharge a payday loan (like Amscott in America) with a PN?
00:07:00 Bill k: Q: Is a money market account safer than the banks for cash regarding bail in danger?
00:10:43 Mitch: hi mark Whats a good way to make money during these times… I would like to make fast money. 00:13:02 Kevin Gonzales: I am discharging 2 credit cards 1 for CBA and 1 for bankwest. For CBA I am sending it to my nearest branch manager. I am addressing it to his name and the cheque is going to him also.
Am I also sending a separate letter to Allan Doherty (current CFO of CBA)?
I also have another credit card to discharge for bankwest but they don’t have branches so I was planning to send it to Jason Chan – Bankwest Executive.
Also is the Reference supposed to be my credit card number instead of an account number?
Is there anything else that needs to be attached?
00:14:37 Jonathan Dillon: Hi Mark, If we raise a question through the contact page on the SE website, to help manage expectations in responses, I was wondering how many people assist you with checking these and what is your timeframe we can expect a response please? Thank you and your doing an amazing job we appreciate all your efforts.
00:16:56 Bill k: In America, are corporate employees also required to have indemnity insurance?
00:20:43 Jonathan Dillon: Question re Local Government in QLD, in one of the training videos there was information that local governments get paid by the treasury in the event we don’t pay our rates, if this is the case why are many qld local goverments struggling financially and some are quite low income Councils? Is it because the staff in Councils are not aware they should raise the claim to the treasury? just an observation and thought I would ask. thanks
00:23:54 Jonathan Dillon: Have you come across a credit card that was discharged via A4V Money Order and the bank kept the card open?
00:31:32 Bill k: Q: how do we know if a company is able to process a PN when they are liars & want to refuse the payment even if they get paid?
00:45:44 Jonathan Dillon: some positive feedback, I also got my qld licence back last week and it shows my all rights reserved signature. The computer at Main Roads took three attempts and a computer restart before it would accept the signature. Otherwise a very simple process and positive outcome and only $35 bucks for a lost licence process.
00:50:06 Bill k: Q: how do I get around the requirement of my dogs to be vaccinated to be seen by a vet, be boarded, get training, etc?
01:02:34 Chris Timbury: Q: Morag put up a video about how they changed “in fee simple” meaning you own the land, too “fee simple” meaning you just lease the land so they can install smart meters, have you seen this?
01:06:27 Bill k: Q: regarding my dogs being required to be vaccinated question I was referring to the veterinarian requiring my pets to be jabbed to be treated—how do I still get them treatment?
01:10:08 Daisy Doone: Question…. If you do not have a mortgage and more, but we did not know all this when we bought our properties, is there anyway we can change our signatures to our property to include “All rights reserved”! So we are not bound to legislation for example …planning permission? But we relied on our lawyer to do right by us, so we never got full disclosure, did they not do wrong by us? Are we still bound to planning permission?
01:19:04 dail bird: Thanks Mark. Evil will bloom when good men do nothing, you are certainly doing above and beyond your duty to destroy the serpent.
01:20:29 Bill k: Q: can I pay my property taxes in the U.S. with a PN even tho my mortgage co. Said I can’t since the payment is escrowed?
01:21:31 Kevin: Given that the government demonetized Australian currencey (which backed by gold) in the 1930’s thereby confiscating any gold held by Australians, isn’t there a danger that they will do the same if the stockmarket collapses in the future and the government demonetizes fiat currency and changes to digital currency? If this were to happen, then wouldn’t hiding your gold and silver on your property be a risk as they could use satellites to spy on people and confiscate your gold/silver?
01:21:52 dail bird: Q” one last one. Privity of contract destroys lawyers and debt collectors does it not.?
