Several of our members have asked for more information regarding how to support or affirm a private judgment obtained through the regular three step administrative process by way of delivery of three successive demand notices, each of which is ignored by the respondent party, so that a private default judgment is created whereby the parties all agree the respondent has waived their right to pursue any claim against you.

There are a number of processes one can do to “enforce” your “agreement” and private default judgment.

This week’s Module is about sharing one of those processes, filing to an appropriate court an application for orders for a declaratory Judgment along with supporting evidence.

Great example is after having completed a Vaccination or Lockdown Non Consent process

The process can be applied anywhere where you wish to have your rights clarified and protected.
