I just got $592.00 taken out of my CBA account from the S.A. Fines Unit. I did not open any of their letters and wrote the Non consent spiel. So are they the Magistrate now as well? One Stop Shop. It was for the speed camera fine. I guess now I go after the individuals that have trespassed against me. How can the Police go into your Bank account? Is it because we are just the Holder and the Bank is the owner of the account?

Hey Charles, I sent out 3 years of tax returns when I first joined S.E. late last year. I did them like the webinar, claim as the Agent and i put $300, $400 and $500 for each year due to inflation, and with a declaration of me being a man signed by a J.P. I was a still new at it and not sure if I did it right. They all went through and I have zero balance with them now. I also opted out for this years Tax to be done. I still have concerns that I may get looked at later, due to my work (Maintenance and Fit-outs), where the other Party would like to claim it on tax. A road I will cross if it comes.

Some great info and cases to use. I was talking with a mate today about No Trespass signs and he was saying he would ask for a warrant and refuse entry, rather than put signs up.This shows why its a good idea. I’m sharing it. Thanks for that.

It’s Baffling as to why this is happening. The statistics are falsified and they still don’t add up to a good result. Excess mortality rates, stillborn, hospitalisation and adverse effects are all up.

A few years back here in Australia, we had TWO punnets of strawberries, with needles found in them. The Gov recalled Nationwide and destroyed them. Maybe if they put 0.1% of the effort, that they have thrown at this scam and had signs saying check the strawberries or the checkout operator advising people to check before eating. Maybe even a commercial to help out, and what about The Ford Motor Company. They recalled millions of cars Worldwide, due to faulty seatbelts.

So what is Pfizer and Moderna’s excuse? The Gov gave them a free pass. Do you think PM Scumo, Scam Andrews and (forgive my French) Justacunt Ardern, didn’t know it was a Phase 3 Clinical Trial. Plenty of $$$ to go around for this cover up. Aus gov gave Aussie media companies millions to keep to the narrative at the start of The Plandemic. I have to admit, I was like what the! When it started and when you look back on all the idiotic behaviour. Wow! they certainly did a good job on fooling the masses.

I’m not sure if it works, but if only cost me a few dollars back into my own accounts, just to see if it works. I am cool with that. Go after Susan and ask for the evidence that they got the Queen’s assent. Also put her on notice and ask for her private indemnity insurance account number and provider. Go after the Agent acting on behalf of the service corporation. Ask her for the contract of authority over you. So technically, she is an accomplice to the fraud and is trying to extort money from you and you don’t consent to that and any contract needs consent by both parties. How long have they been in and are you seeing any change? Volcanic energy and the soil around them is great to see. Thanks for that. There is definitely something in it. I’ve watched a few videos on it. I also did copper coil stakes over a few plants that brought them back. I’ve also been wearing copper wristbands for a month or so and my hands don’t hurt anymore. They feel stronger as I do a lot of de-nailing and use hand tools. I’m also getting copper back into my system, the silicon gloves when I do a resin pour, the sweat inside goes the copper brown. Copper is missing in our bodies and is needed to break down iron. Vital in the mitochondria conversions.

I had zoom with Mark and others tonight about the Trust. CBA and Bendigo Bank were the main ones mentioned. Also The New World Order Trust is still available. It was a nice feeling, seeing others on the same page. A lot of talk lately of Bang for Buck or attention to small questions. I think reading into text is a hard thing and also how people communicate if they are under pressure, or still trying to find their feet, is also another factor into misreading or not getting where someone is at. Let’s be the community of helping each other and also take some burden from Mark and the team. Reverse the situation and put yourself in someones else’s shoes now and then. They are Thieving Little Phuckers. At the end of my street is a T junction that turns into a round about, the council put it there, now traffic in the morning banks up and blocks the round about. So they put up a no right turn 7:30-9 sign. So now they just go over one more block and can still cause the same problem. It is the people blocking the T junction who are at fault. So now the cops sit almost out front of my house and book people for turning down there. All they are doing is traveling to work and then bam! The other day they high fived each other for a good run. They also caused a guy to have nervous breakdown, that an ambulance came for him. How many lives have they saved? How many have they added more pressure too is the real question.

How about instead of giving tickets to those just trying to get to work and instead, go down to the spot, direct traffic and help them out. Maybe book the ones blocking the turn or the dumbasses that go on to the blocked round about. Council cause the problem and the Police jump on the Bandwagon.

I caught most of QandA last night. So I Basically need an account without my name connected to it, so they can’t take it out?

I rang the CBA this morning and enquired about it. SA Fines have use the courts to put a Garnish order on my account. They can take up to $1000.00 or 25% of the money owed. He gave me a reference number to SA Fines and said the bill is now $1050.00. Looks like i need to get some recordings happening, get all my Q’s in order and find out where I am at.

Thanks Morag, I will try and make it. I have a bit on this afternoon and evening with my sons. I didn’t enter any contract with Fines Recovery. I was thinking along the lines of ringing them and finding out who authorised it and going after them individually. Pay back the money taken times by 4, as the Bible says or I will go after you and you will pay my Fee schedule set in my last Notice, since you happily entered into my agreement. Your thoughts?

Hi Anna,

I sent 3 notices. The first one (back in September), it was a letter of No consent that I wrote it before I Joined SE. The last two were after Joining SE and had Non consent and conditional acceptance, and Default Judgement with Fee Schedule. After the 3rd Notice, I received the Fine again 3 times, I opened the first one carefully and put it back in with the Non Consent spiel. Then I received 2 letters from SA Fine recovery, that I used the P.O.box to find. Did not open and wrote the Non consent spiel on both of them.

I never did an affidavit to the Expiation Manager, but ask who are you in all three letters. I also said that I was happy to meet at a convenient time and place for both parties to sort it out. I also asked to be notified by registered mail.

So far I have received an allegation with No name to it, hand-balled to another department, had money stolen out of my account without my consent and Judged by the SA Fines Recovery Unit.

Q: How can they access our accounts without our consent and how come the Bank allows it? What if I needed that money to pay for food or electricity and now can’t afford to eat or have power to my home. Not their problem for a victimless crime. I’m the victim now….Theft!

I have a busy day, but will be looking into it.

Get use to looking at the envelopes you receive and make note of the P.O. Box and where they are from. Even the Fines Recovery Dept. Do not open and write The Do Not Consent Slogan on all envelopes. If they are not honourable in replying by registered mail, as asked, then that’s on them. I used 1mm electrical wire from some scrap, wrapped around a spear like oak stick that is around 450mm (H) and 10mmx19mm Thick. The other was 250 in height. Im going try different heights and extra wires.

Will do. I had two different sizes and the little one was not as good. I did it that size due to the plant size. I might have to turn this into a control experiment. You are so right with the digestive system and what our gut can break down, insects are not apart of it (WEF has other ideas) and not all produce available at our beck and call. Basics, balance, seasonal and local produce is what we need to get back to. Also what is commercially grown, has no substance as it lace with chemicals that have destroyed the natural minerals and salts and also bond with our cells inside us. Tomatoes from Woolworths/Coles has no flavour, but Jimmy my Greek mate has the best cheery tomatoes. Last year he grew 4 trees for about 9 months and produced a lot of fruit. He would give me a container and I would eat most of them on the drive home, they are that good. There is a Japanese Scientist who grew one cherry tomato plant in a shopping mall for 18 months. Using only filter sunlight, in a pressurised room and it produce something like (from memory) 15,000 tomatoes all the size of baseballs.

A couple of years back I made terrariums for Xmas presents. The ones that survived, were put in the right spot and left alone. The others moved them constantly and they died. I found filtered light was the best for them as well.

Yeah I would not buy the products, but I found some interesting things to try. 2 months ago i put a copper coil stick into two pots that were struggling and they have bounce. Maybe because I am giving them more attention. Last night I made a copper wristband, wore it to bed and woke up feeling better than usual. It could be a placebo effect, but I will give it a trial and see how it goes. I have also been drinking out of a copper goblet and letting the water sit in for a bit. I also wouldn’t mind putting the moon phase theory to the test.

Energy and flow and I always think of Japanese gardens, the shaping of the trees in the streets and even their rice fields amongst the buildings in the cities, thriving and maximising the area. it still blows me out on the bullet train……building, building, building, rice field, building, building. Volcanic energy and natural springs, probably pay a big part into it. Like NZ, good water from the mountains.
