I have a few questions if I may.

Did they use the process on the website that is seeking the payment to dispute in court?

It states online to not pay if you plan to dispute it.

I find that very strange that they could do that. I understand if they only did the 3 step process and the corporation didn’t acknowledge that and went ahead with the taking of the money etc but once in the courts hands I thought it is now their liability.

I guess I will find out as I don’t see anything coming from me sending in a copy of my license showing I reserved my rights. I think that only works in court but even then they will still try to not accept it.

I just can’t get over how corrupt the system is.

When I joined this site I thought yes now we can push back but it seems you have to set the corporations up and then take them to court in order for any remedy or even for them uphold/acknowledge the Law.

I am not sure exactly what you are referring too but I do feel your frustration. You just have to keep trying, they (the system) want you to give up. I will tell you the one thing I have learnt and that is it is harder to get something from the system then to defend yourself against them when they want something from you. Hang in there mate, it takes time and effort but at the end of the day you are doing what is right and that trumps over everything.

I have watched them all but didn’t see anything on if the cop doesn’t provide his/her details.

I had a issue with a cop yesterday and it’s all good now but for future because when I asked for their details they don’t provide them. I guess I can call the police stations and send the demand notices and fee schedule there maybe?

It matters only if want to pursue them because it legally has to be rebutted within 72hours.

I have posted on here recently a document that i used to conditional accept a summons.

It should not be that hard to find.

I just see it now that we ask to take it to court straight away or you do the 3 step process and follow it up with legal action.

We I get some time I’ll send you some documents I have been sending as demand notices.

Yo be honest it’s pretty basic, you are just ask questions to prove they have authority over you.

I agree fully, I’m very happy to know what I know.

I really great knowing that I know we are being lied to and that we are just slaves to the Roman Empire or whatever people what to call them.

I just wish their philosophy was for good intentions not evil is what I was referring too.

But I look at this way now and that is the people (cops people in government) have a choice but they chose to live in this commercial world.

I believe the Elite are not doing anything wrong as they are only offering us this commercial would, it’s the people who are accepting it.

I think I read those post too, from my understanding they only sent the 3 notices but never requested to have it heard it court. To be honest I’m not sure but I would lean towards they didn’t request to have it heard in court.

As I started in a comment before I think they know we don’t have a leg to stand on unless we pursue them legally.

I’m going to do the court request and see happens.

My ideas with the system forcing us to contract with them.

The way I see it now a days is that the only way the corporation that has forced you to contact with them will cancel the (infringement) or any contract for that matter, is to put pressure on them by supplying a fee schedule, getting them in a default judgment (3x notices process) and then send them demand for payment notices with a supporting invoice.

Then once they don’t pay you them have to summons them.

I could be wrong but it seems they don’t give a shit about the Law, 1 because they know the courts are on their side, 2 that we won’t follow through with the whole process.

So my opposing idea is to instead just fight it in court, requesting to have the infringement heard in court. They then send you a summons (offer to go to court) and you conditionally accept it.

They can not provide evidence to the conditional acceptance so it’s all done.

The contract (infringement) is only processed once you pay it, your license points do not come off until you have paid or set up a payment plan.

So once you request to have it heart in the courts the corporation that issued you the infringement then discards it.

Or it’s sent to the courts either way they don’t bother you anymore because the courts are now taking on the liability.

Here is a conditional acceptance form I have done.

I’m in the same position as you now with a infringement but the only difference is I noticed the ones who sent it with a conditional acceptance notice/ demand notice with concerns that needed to be met, one being how could I breach the contract if I have signed the license All Rights Reserved.

If they ignore that my plan is to have the request to the matter heard in court and conditional accept the courts offer.

You can ask to have a sper matter or most infringements heard in court just so you know.

Am I with you bud 100%. I just ask them in hope they think about it at night, but I do not care either way now because the way I see it it is every Man/Woman/Trans lol for themselves. The system and programming to well set up so I now put my energy into my way of thinking and plan for my future, how I can make each day a day were I am internally happy and fully embracing the beautiful nature that I see. Hi Kari, Yes its so sad when it is so in your face. They purposefully put it in our face so they are not Lawfully doing anything wrong as it is their servants that do their work for them. Yes me too, it made me feel that it all can be done. I have been throwing myself in the deep end with some many things like question MPs when their at the local markets, asking the mayor and councillors to provide a referendum that empowers them be a local government etc. Not to mention my council rates I am paying, claim my tax back for the last few years and discharging the liability to pay off two credit cards I purposely maxed, one at 10k the other at 20k. I was nerves when I started by now I am enjoying it as I know I stand for the truth.

100% I now don’t mention much anymore because I have been saying a lot over many years and my conclusion is most people don’t mind being a slave to a system.

With Freedom comes Responsibility and most do want the Responsibility.

Unfortunately most people consent to all of things within this system so they only have themselves to blame.

I use to be worked up a politician’s and the like but now I’m see it’s the people that are the blame.

Awesome thanks, I watched a video a year or so ago you posted of the Canadian guy who was using the method of asking those that work for the state to provide him insurance and to pay him upfront if they want him to preform for that state.

I posted a set up question PDF on this site a few days ago but since then I have upgraded it and know the steps in my head on what to do.

Only the times I have spoken with cops, MPs and councillors I never had scripts but now I will use them as I plan to follow up it now as in the past I just let it go.

The cop I spoke too the other day didn’t even get my license he took my registration details so he is totally in the wrong, my plan for that is to send in my license as it’s signed all rights with a Notice of demand and better particulars.

The notice will have questions of course so yeah that’s my plan.

I wasn’t being too nice, more firm but my plan or idea was for them to see what they are doing is wrong. I was doing with everyone that tried to make me wear a mask or check in. I never did either but what I did was question them with questions and then towards to end ask them is this the life they want for their children.

I am starting to realise that not many care and that I’m now just going to not bother to be nice about it but just start the true world be live in and if they want to take it further then so be it.

I’m also now in the process of obtaining the video footage the officer has, I have to get my id certified at the station in which I request the information from. So I’m sure he will find this out.

Also I just wanted to share with anyone reading this once you start expressing you don’t consent or how ever you plan to start they radio for back up. I’m guessing for intimation reasons.

This has happened twice to me, I only figured it out on my last altercation with them.

This time around and the time before that I didn’t really put enough into in trapping them because I was hoping to educate them a little and have them see that what they are doing is wrong. I was being the nice guy, very informative but just polite. Next time I will still be polite and informative but I’ll be knowing I’m going to do something this time.

I understand all the procedures and know what I have to do but it’s just exhausting when I work 60 hours a week. I guess it it what it is.

I write everything down I hear and see so I can look at it later.

I found the organisation that provides the indemnity insurance for my states government entity’s so I plan to call them today to see if I can complain directly to them.

I lodged my formal complaint through the employers formal procedure about the officer but was told within a hour that he did nothing wrong even with out looking into it. Have have keep their reply but the complaint itself is no longer on there website only a complaint number.

Once I have done the principal to agent process and they do want to pull me over and don’t acknowledge my process, do I go after the officer himself or the officer and the entity who employees him/her?

I now plan to do a principal to agent, agent to principal not to the police followed with a fee schedule so if they pull me over again I have conclusive evidence I do not consent.

So you say you have not paid the infringement notice yet? I have discharged the liability to pay a debt with a statement very simulate using a A4V process.

It is a government body but they just do not know the truth about the BOE act as they are just told something and then they repeat that info to the public. It is the case with so many situations unfortunately.

Yes I have received my good and so now I have a statement of account. As I stated before I did ask them to provide all payment options but they say it’s not possible. Do you believe me stating I want to settle the account pending they provide me with all payment options would that count as them forgiving the debt?

Thanks Joerg, so when you say you crossed out the payment options may I ask why you would do that or need to do that?

I have a statement of account with no tear away section, I have asked for all payment options but they stated they don’t supply all payment options.

So I’m thinking my next or maybe my only option is to do a BOE payment.

The governor body I contacted was the ACCC.gov.au Nandi that is what I received in return. I don’t believe it to be right but again I can not find anywhere to state otherwise. Thanks for your feedback.
