I would sign with ‘all rights reserved’. I think you put that first, and underneath that your signature. Someone else may be able to confirm this.

Very interesting! I grew up in Germany and went to school there, so I know the propaganda very well. We often watched holocaust videos during history classes.

By the way; the Red Cross is owned by the Rothchilds, so I wouldn’t believe anything they report. Nonetheless, and overall the message could be true.

They want to make Trump look like a god protected miracle man. I think it’s a fake too; no blemish on ear, worried about his shoes, playing golf the next day and a powerful photo (clear blue sky, Trump looking like a hero). It’s all a show to give keep us busy discussing it, and to give him compassion.

    Thank you Morag.

Yes, that’s right. I’d say that all properties are now without the ‘in’ fee simple. Mark and others are working on it, so, right now, it’s a matter of staying tuned.

  • I just checked how we did the jab non-consent. It shows the full address, so it’s probably ok.

  • Ok, thanks. I will wait until we get an answer. 🙏

  • Yes, you are right. It looks like many of the mistakes in the document have been fixed. Do I have to enter my middle names as well? Also, I noticed that there is no suburb and postcode on the document. Is that ok?

  • Great, that you read the comments too. Actually, I am just investigating how we can have a different ‘living address’. Virtual office could be the way to go!

    Hi Dave,

I have mine at Bendigo and they didn’t ask for an ABN/ACN, which is what you want. It’s not registered, hence there shouldn’t be an ABN/ACN. I did have a trust account with the CBA previously, but after they blocked my account due to a crypto trade, I moved to the Bendigo. So far so good.

Hi Johnny, not sure what you wrote, but here is something I can think of….

‘Thank you for your invitation to attend your court, however the following questions submitted on the xxx haven’t been addressed. Without these answers I won’t be able to attend any court case. Apart from that, your court appears to be a private corporation (show the ABN) and I am not aware of an exisitng contract with your organisation.

If you are not able to provide the answers to my list of questions, and provide me with a copy of an existing contract with you, then cease and desist.

Any further correspondence from your organisation will be considered harrassment and legal abuse.

    Hi Denia,

Seeing that you have already sent them letters, I would write a letter to let them know that they haven’t responded to your previous questions (I assume you did a conditional acceptance or so), and that you cannot simply apply for something that you don’t clearly understand. Seeing that they wish to contract with you, you have a right to transparency.

You can also ask them if they are a private company – where their ABN?. Also, the seal is not the ‘real deal’, so you can ask them about that. The corporation act of 2001 did not have royal ascent, so you can quiz them about many things. And, of course, they have addressed it to your strawman, so not the living man/woman.

Bullying you is normal, so hold the line!

    Hey Brian,

Yes, it’s not easy and the forces against us are great! They know that and will try to wear us down, so we have to remain strong and not give up.

I used Mark’s ATO process and it worked for me. Ticking the box that confirms that you won’t pay tax anymore, is important as well.

Apart from that; stay with it and learn, learn, learn!

And, as Mark says ;Pick your battles!

    Hi Robert,

Just some general info. Always avoid court and let the paperwork do the job.

Did you do the initial affidavit, conditional acceptance and notice of mistake and further particulars? If they don’t respond to it, do an interlocutory so the case has to stop until the questions have been answered.

I’m not sure what you have done so far, so it’s difficult to give advice. but keep in mind that the courts can’t hear the living, so don’t even go that way.

Also, the court is the paperwork, so you always must respond to ANYTHING in writing.

Anyhow, if you haven’t done anything in writing yet, I would write a letter and add the fact that you went to a so-called ‘court’ but that you are very confused as 1. The court’s name is written in CAPITALS and that you believe that it is a private company (include ABN) and that this so-called Magistrate’s name was/is also written in capitals and that you are concerned that a fraud has been committed and you would like some assurance that all is lawful. Remember; the venue of the court is in title-case, but the court, itself, is in upper case. I would also add that this so-called magistrate wouldn’t be able to make ‘points of law’ and that you would be happy to go to a lawful court (not a company) where the case can be heard in front of a jury of your peers.

Whenever you allow them to bully you, you will lose. However, be polite and simply totally confused of what has happened.

I have a private trust account with the CB and took 10k out of the account to invest into crypto. The CB locked my account and said that they thought I was scammed, hence they did what they did. They called me and asked me questions wanting to know who recommended the investment, my login details, and which crypto I bought. Of course I didn’t give them any details. Considering what happened, I wonder if the trusts protect us. It’s just unbelievable how far they go. I’m closing my account with the CB because of what happened.

Hi Danny, I read somewhere that it is 12 months.

For your info; when you ask the matter to go to court, you’ll be the one paying, so always let them take you to court!

If you are in Victoria, you can rely on the Imperial application act of 1980 Sec. 8 paragraph 12

It’s unlawful; in breach of fairness and judicial process.

I am sorry for your stress and can understand how upset you must be. I am a dog owner myself and have registered my dogs with Record of Animals – The People’s Court of Terra Australis (thepeoplescourtofterraaustralis.org). For the time being, I think it’s a good idea to place the dogs somewhere else.

The peoplescourt already have their own councils and you can contact them to ask them to register pooch with them. If you can, you only need to send the ‘bad’ council, letting them know that the pooches are registered with another council.

I would also put a no=trespass on my property, showing them that there will be heave penalties if they tresspass.

    Be tough!

    Sorry, edited a few times.
