Suggestion; you could let them know that since they are now threatening you (which is a breach of their code of conduct and of the Fair trading legislation, if they cut your power off they must now provide you with an alternative. I sent a three step notice to a power company that threatened to cut off our power and I included a brochure of the solar system they would be liable for buying for me to replace the power and they backed off. If you have evidence of all expenses etc then surely there is nothing to fear. That is a valid point of view, however from the perspective of some one who follows Jesus, I do believe in defending oneself but at the same time pouring hot coals of love on those who enter so they may have a change of heart and start to see that their way may not be the best way and then start to see us as allies instead of enemies. If they come to attack then defend and barricade against them and to the best of ones ability put in consequences for bad behaviour. When it comes to invasion then sometimes if we are surrounded then we need to flee for our safety if we don’t have the means or the cohesive community to stand against them. Yes I agree with all of those points, understanding these points is crucial to people knowing who the ones are that are pulling the strings. That was very interesting that squatters have more rights than people with mortgages and that police and councils won’t intervene, that explains why they push so hard for the people in arrears to vacate the property willingly, because even if the mortgage isn’t paid they still have possession. Maybe it’s a tactic to think about when they are trying to kick people off when a mortgage is in arrears due to hardship. One could establish that they are living by getting the police or bailiffs to agree that they are living and record the agreement then claim squatters rights? Or maybe get friends in as well to help claim squatters rights? Even if the police or bailiffs still took them off the land it would establish on the record that they WILL intervene and help with squatters and that precedent could maybe then be used to help others who are having problems with squatters?

We have never had a problem with that signature as it is our normal signature and how can they tell you how to write your own signature. Is that how you normally sign, because it has to be your usual signature for you to be able to insist on signing that way. Maybe go back and ask them why they rejected your application?

It seems it is in response to the affidavit? Is just making a claim a valid rebuttal without any evidence of the claim they are making?
