Thanks for this it’s nice to know some on in the US is looking out for strawman’s rights. There are some things we can solve ourselves, eg remove any smart meters, get ethernet instead of wifi, only use a smartphone for communication and stay off the internet, only use a computer for the internet and connect with ethernet and cover the camera. I realised that when my fellow townspeople were applying for no spray signs from the council that they were in fact giving the council permission to spray as it said in the agreement for the no spray signs that if the council accidentally sprayed then they could not be held accountable. So instead of applying for no spray signs we just put our own up on our property. I see something similar with the smart meter stuff he is talking about, he says that they can only surveil every 15 minutes if he wins this point in court, but in fact this is giving them permission to surveil is it not? Isn’t it better to take out the smart meter altogether and not have them surveil at all?

That sounds like an option you have as long as the court order has all the requirements of a negotiable incomplete instrument with the signatures/seals of the party making the offer.

You could simply ring the Births deaths and Marriages and ask them, they will tell you which forms are acceptable or they will refer you to some one who can help.

It depends if you still want the matter heard in court, if not then you need to start a three step process, if you are not experienced enough for that then just complete the form and then start learning on this forum how to address the court when you get there to stay out of contract. You can sign it with an ‘All rights reserved signature’ to keep yourself in a better position. I can give you more info about the courts later. Just keep watching the webinars and buying the appropriate modules.

If you have written your first notice then a default notice just repeats the questions in that first notice. Is that the sort of default notice you are looking for or are you asking for something else?

you need to put a caveat on what you have done on the property. Use invoices for materials and diary recordings of your work done and the time spent as evidence of the cost of the improvements and labour you have done. Then when they sell you will get back the value you have input into the property.

No we just filled in the registration forms under the name of the Trust. If you want to see a copy of the application form I can scan it and send it to your PM. They now send updates to the name of the Trust.

Hi Brandon, I used just ordinary people at my music club and I just asked them if they could witness a document for me. I showed them how to do it and I had a red stamp pad for them to use for their thumbprint, so it’s just every day people signing in their capacity as living men and women. You could get them to do the All rights reserved signature by preparing the documents with those parameters as in the non consent documents, so then all they have to do is sign in the correct place and affix their thumbprint or any finger print.

There’s a guy with a channel on youtube called gumshoe sleuth in the UK. He got off the grid and went totally private, but had to get back into the public because being totally private restricted his choices. He has some great videos.

You can use the certificate of live birth, or the certificate your parents completed, as it is a document they have no jurisdiction over. If you use it in court the judges know they have no jurisdiction over the live being listed there. It’s just another paling you can put in the fence to put a barrier between us and them. Every step you do towards achieving this is optional and no one is being forced to do anything. You decide what will work for you. This forum just educates you about the choices you can make if you wish to. Here’s another option to enable you to prove you are living.
