This is from a Q and A… If you are buying things usually when you get a receipt or invoice they will ask what name you want on the invoice and just let them know XYZ Trust. Then the goods will be held in Trust from the beginning.

Just remember it is an offer and they have no evidence that that is the fee you agreed to. Negotiation would probably be your best bet either in the form of a three step notice with affidavit or alternatively sitting down with them with a witness and a recording device and asking them the right questions eg where is the contract I signed agreeing to pay you $7,000? etc etc. Answer a question with a question. Prepare what you think is a reasonable fee with evidence. You could also plead hardship as most businesses are required to be lenient in hardship cases. You could ask them if they know of alternative ways for them to be paid eg legal aid? These are all just suggestions and I am in no way giving legal advice, just suggestions on how to approach this problem. Do what ever resonates most strongly with you.

From my minimal personal experience, we submitted the affidavit for court at least three days before court and also served a copy on the complainant at least three days before court with all of the relevant facts and exhibits to prove the facts. Hopefully some of the other members will give their opinion on this too, but you could ring the court and run it past them, they are sure to point you in the right direction.

Always ask questions prepare for any meeting with knowledge and maybe have a script to take in with you. Answer any questions with a question. He is the one who needs to explain himself and provide evidence if he is claiming there is nothing left in the estate. Do you have a copy of her will? Did she specify that anything would go to you? Maybe get some free legal advice (look for a Community Law centre, that’s what they call them in NZ and they have a lawyer available for free advice, I think you need to be on a low income though) on the question of whether you are entitled to anything? You could ring the court and apologise for not attending telling them an unexpected emergency came up. Record the conversation so you have evidence to show police if the court tells you it is ok. Make sure you are not at home so they cannot easily find you if you get a rescheduling of the court date from the court. The first part of this video sounds like mafioso working out how they can divide up pieces of the pie and establish their own territories. Do they play every side of the narrative (the hero in certain situations eg Rebel News as well as the victims in other situations eg a synagogue burning down) to ensure they stay in control of what people are thinking at all times? I saw a video in which a man did an in depth scrutiny of the intelligence of Jews using authentic data he had gathered and scrutinised the data used in the media to support the position that Jews have higher intelligence. He found the data used in this way was skewed and flawed and the only area in which they were in fact slightly ahead of others was in the verbal skills. They had lower IQ in other skill areas such as spatial awareness and in areas that would lend itself to great engineering and building skills. This seems to reflect exactly the areas in which they operate, namely controlling the narrative through every medium possible. The above video is an example of that. It is very tempting to believe they care about us or the downtrodden as we all seem to gravitate towards a hero and these articles and videos brought out by the mainstream always paint them as the heroes or the victims. They rarely if ever expose them for what they really are. Does this guy who works for the bar honestly want us to believe he was blindsided by the depth of the corruption inside the US government and that they would work to destroy a Christian church in another country, when it has funded the destruction of the Christian church in the US for a long long time through an extended campaign against it in movies education and media? Don’t these lawyers make exorbitant amounts of money for these defences they put up? How many of us know or have heard of lawyers who string people along charging exorbitant rates and then when the money runs out they disppear? There are some good lawyers out there that will help in family matters sometimes or in matters that don’t affect the overall plan of domination, but they have all sworn an oath to serve the bar/mammon and they cannot serve two masters. It can all get very confusing but the only yardstick we need is to work out who the masters are of these people are and then that explains everything and tells us all we really need to know..Tucker seems non plussed that the Christians in the US government won’t speak up when there has been a campaign to shut people’s mouths for a long long time and the Govt is a controlled government surrounded by another religion the jewish religion who have even taken over the prayers in congress and in that light his incredulity seems a little contrived doesn’t it?

I agree that he is controlled opposition, but they tell truth as well as lies (apparently 80% truth and 20% lies) to make their lies seem more authentic and they control the way people think and lead their thoughts because once a person believes some one is a relevant source of information they tend to believe everything that they say is legitimate and then they align themselves with that entity and then vehemently defend it. They are connected in very high places and are fed information and that is why they seem to have the inside story and their connections also get them interviews with people in rarefied circles. In the past I have also shared articles from shills because they were great and relevant articles, we just need to be aware that the story does not give the bringer of the story any credence or standing otherwise we can end up being enamoured with these puppets.

We bought Defusing the Debt Bomb and other books from this site…. https://gaiauni.com/shop/… He had a three step notice in that book. Mark also has examples in his modules although not specifically dealing with smart meter removal but the principles are the same in every three step notice.

Well I used the above site’s information to help us ensure that no meter we didn’t want was placed in our private property. We worked from the premise of the fact it was our private property, the potential health effects and the liability they were under if they refused to negotiate or accommodate our needs and we had success. We used a three step process to gain an agreement.

Yes I believe we are getting something, the question is, what are they getting? Billions on the backs of the persons or citizens in any country they start to predate on, so is that equitable? Also there is the question of the c’est te que vie trust, was that not set up on the premise of them taking care of the person’s needs and in return they get to use all of the resources in the country for their benefit? Do they not in fact tell us if we can use them or not? Do they not burden us with rules and regulations which tightly control every move we make on the land? Do they not have a duty of care to the people in the country? Aren’t the people entitled to a share of what the resources on their land reap in terms of profit? Where is our share? Why are we stopped from using these resources? If we could use them any time we wanted to then wouldn’t we be able to build our own houses in co-operation with each other, the only cost being our labour? So yes we are getting a house to live in, but do we have a choice as to how we gain this house or are we forced to get mortgages which can cripple us financially for life? Are they crippled under the burden of debt or do they make millions and live in luxury on our backs and labour and is that equitable? Because of this vast wealth they accumulate, none of their families ever have to get a loan to get property, is that equitable or does their carte blanche access to resources and wealth give them an unfair advantage over the ones they are parasiting from? Why are we told we must work, work, work, but they, at the flick of a finger because of their access to our funds and our countries resources, can get others to do their bidding and they do not have to work a day in their lives because of their access to our natural wealth, in the form of our energy and labour and the natural resources in our countries, does that sound fair or equitable? So once we are given a choice of how we acquire our properties and given access to all of the resources in our country to enable us to gain from them and to release the iron grip they have on our throats then maybe the argument can be made for us to have a financial noose around our necks if we so choose. Do we have a choice at the moment? If we do not have a choice then what is the equitable remedy? If we do not have access to the resources in our countries but have to pay for everything we use when they get it for free, then what is the equitable remedy to that? Could it be that our share of the profits needs to be given to us and if yes what would that share amount to? Would the cost of a house then seem a ridiculously small price and only a fraction of what we should equitably be receiving?

No he doesn’t seem to be, but maybe it was an exercise to deter people from challenging the banks. Just as Alex Jones the shill went to court over something (he was talking about the false flag shooting at one of the schools in his podcasts and they prosecuted him for it) and he just gave in to the ruling that was made even though there was lots of evidence to show it was a false flag event (he had to pay reparations to the families) and it put bad case law in place that effectively made it much more easy to prosecute anyone and penalise them financially for questioning false flag events.

The real question is why are they revealing this to the public? They usually support these kind of psyops in the media. Are they trying to convince everyone they now have an honest Government? The Jewish community is well known for creating the anti-semitism stories and they have been doing it for a very long time. The most famous psyop is the ‘holocaust’ and that was incredibly well supported in the education system, all medias and we were drenched with the lies.

That’s interesting. Even if this ruling was overturned it seems the only fault was using a JP, have I got that correct? If that is the case we could use a Notary and if a Notary public refused or wasn’t available for any reason then we can fill out a protest where no notary is available and use three witnesses instead as in the PDF below.

I know people who have personalised plates and they told me they haven’t been pulled up yet. I don’t know how they would handle it if they were pulled up, they have yet to be tested so we’ll see. I suppose it’s about not standing out too much and observing all of the road rules.

Yes but a couple of friends of mine that are members didn’t receive the email and also people who joined through me couldn’t access their 30 day membership. Yes I agree with you, Trump is no saviour, he is just another puppet like all of the other politicians everywhere in the world. This is about us taking up our true role within all of this and learning how to take care of our own affairs and learning how to use the correct processes to keep these wolves at bay.

If you do hear from them, yes they will address you by the Birth Certificate name. You can specify where you want them to send their correspondence, yes and it is up to you where you want it sent. As long as you keep a record of the email correspondence it should be ok that way and more easy to deal with. Just write your response and sit on it for 24 hours before you send it so you have time to make any changes you might think of overnight.

We had a similar accident and we never heard from them again as we are assuming the excess they had to pay and losing their no claims bonus made it non viable for them to process the claim. Maybe that’s why you haven’t heard from them?

Suggestion, you could send a text saying any more calls they make to you will invoke a charge of $1,000 for your time in answering that call and that you will take any more phone calls as their agreement to these terms and you will send out an invoice to them if they decide to call again..
