This is shocking!! People need to learn how to do 3 step notices with a Fee schedule and an affidavit, so they have recourse when these pirates make their offers of fines and theft of property. We can hand out our own penalties once we have attained an agreement. If people would join this website they would have access to incredibly well written notices that they can send in to the Government to create their own private agreements. Another remedy is to create your own closed and private property protected by trespass signs cameras and locks on gates (the same as they are doing in the National parks) and create organisations that can join with others who are like minded to support one another and create a trading community where this overreach can be ridden out and we can survive these impositions. Thinking of solutions is one thing that we living men and women do really well. For every problem there are several solutions. I think now we see the real reason they created these national parks, so they could move in and plunder them when the time was right and lock everyone else out. They are always hunting for more areas to rape and pillage and it seems the national parks and reserves were a back up plan for their resource theft. They are all (the pirates) creating agreements about climate change etc, well we have the power to create our own agreements too. Once we have established private agreements individually with the pirates then we could potentially get together and create and ratify agreements about how we want to use our resources within our communities as well, with penalties imposed on the pirates if they breach the agreements.

Where does AI get it’s information from? All of the chat groups and in fact anything that is out there at all. So AI is programmed to make whatever they say seem plausible. eg when asked to write an essay on the South Pole it stated that the ice was made up of 70% penguin urine. The only problem with that statement is that penguins do not urinate. So this is why we do not rely on AI for information unless we already know that what they are saying is true. It is a great tool if it is only used as a tool and not a replacement for our own ability to collect and collate facts and data and then check them rigorously . I believe it is a good tool for quickly writing something from the information that is fed to it from us rather than just allowing it to collect data from the internet. As well as being a wealth of information, there are many things said on the internet that are questionable and inaccurate.

There is so much evidence available now about vaccines (they certainly have toxic ingredients) and some say that ALL “safe and effective” vaccines are harmful. Any promotion of them at all, I feel, is now reprehensible. “Give our new administration time to work” aka “Two weeks to flatten the curve” Whoever are high profile people and publicly agree with these ‘authorities’ can be put into the category of ‘in the club’ and in it for profit. I also think it is very unlikely the power will ever be completely done away with as the system needs it too, to hang on to the control they now have. Having said that we definitely have alternatives in place if that scenario happened, ever since 2020 we have been putting things in place so that we can be as self sufficient as possible if the power goes down. We have tried to think of different scenarios and work out what we would need under those scenarios and then taken action to put those in place. We are still doing that as we go. Everyone can do this to a certain extent. I was lucky that I was brought up in a family that had to make do with what we had and lived in trying financial circumstances. I myself was on the breadline and just barely making ends meet for years and with two children, so I know what is needed to live on a shoestring and this has prepared me well. I used to feel hungry a lot of the time and I couldn’t understand how people could just go out and get take aways or a cup of coffee as that was completely out of my reach at that time. I didn’t use credit cards and was brought up to save for what I needed. My life experiences gave me the mentality that at any time things could be critical and so when we were given any financial opportunities at all we made the very most of them, to prepare for what could potentially happen in different situations.

Yes I have definitely been gathering information for use if tshtf. We live in a fairly remote location already but have other alternatives if and when we need them, but if they really want to hunt us down then I suppose they will, it all depends how threatened they feel by us I suppose, but if our time has come then I am willing to accept that and I look forward to what is waiting on the other side away from the systems schemes and plans. I definitely don’t have a death wish and I will be doing all I can personally to stand up to these inequitable contracts or to hold them accountable for forcing us to comply against our will. I can’t control what the system does but I can control my reaction to it.

I’ve just watched this and these are my conclusions…. I like the way he says “..may be overlooking an important risk to health to human health” instead of ‘actively seeking to poison the population to radically increase the profit margin in many areas of health care’

It’s great that he has after 7 years had the result of councils in the us deciding to discontinue water fluoridation however, this man’s process shows how long they can drag these things out, whereas a three step notice and affidavit, instead of arguing, leads to a resolution really quickly and allows us to gain a private default judgement and equitable estoppel agreement, which in turn allows us to go to the next step of charging them money for breaching the contract if they ignore the agreement.

Romley Stewart has a process which I will attach in a pdf that shows how to do this quickly and efficiently. On the back of the attorney’s success and using that as evidence this will now put enormous pressure on anyone’s local council. The Ministry of Health in NZ needs to be dealt with in the same way as well, as it sounds like they are blackmailing the councils into fluoridating water supplies (there just needs to be evidence of this gathered to confirm this)

Wouldn’t it be astounding if we all got free passes on poisoning one another just because we hadn’t done any research on the toxic effects of what we were putting into each other’s breakfast lunch, and dinner and in our cups of tea and coffee etc. Under that scenario it wouldn’t matter what toxins we put in those ingested products as long as we didn’t do any research on how they could harm the people we were giving that stuff to!! It boggles the mind as to how these criminal organisations justify their criminal activities in relation to poisoning people, misinforming people and ensuring people stay sick and even crippled or ultimately die from what they are inflicting on them.

My sister suffered from fluorosis when we were kids in the ‘60s. There was nothing we knew about fluoride back then, I just knew she had white patches on her teeth and we were all (in our family) constantly getting mercury fillings because of the state of our teeth, yet another poison inflicted on everyone back then. It is amazing we survived, but my teeth didn’t.

If you put fluoridated toothpaste out for mice apparently if they eat it it kills them, so having poisonous toothpaste for our kids doesn’t sound like a good idea either. How many kids eat toothpaste because it tastes like a peppermint lolly? Even putting poison in our mouths allows the body to ingest it through the soft membranes in our mouths.

So in light of all the disinformation out there that can ultimately leads us to a painful and slow death (which also nearly happened to me) I stopped relying on Drs and health magazines and started searching for real life stories of people who had discovered the truth about what can keep us healthy in mind and body.

Thanks for sharing, that is a useful document. My opinion is that this is the most important paragraph of this article.. “My thought on this is can it really be considered a true contract as one becomes
aware of the failure by the State to make full disclosure of the terms and
conditions. A contract must be entered into knowingly, intelligently,
intentionally, and with fully informed consent. Otherwise, technically there is no
contract.”…. When we understand that and all the implications of that, it puts us in a stronger position and on top of that knowing to only refer to ‘children’ as offspring to keep us out of the realm of legalese and do the same with any other legalese words they are using to entrap us. So we use this information in any affidavits we are creating in order to repel any approaches made by so called ‘authorities.

This is from a Q and A… If you are buying things usually when you get a receipt or invoice they will ask what name you want on the invoice and just let them know XYZ Trust. Then the goods will be held in Trust from the beginning.

Just remember it is an offer and they have no evidence that that is the fee you agreed to. Negotiation would probably be your best bet either in the form of a three step notice with affidavit or alternatively sitting down with them with a witness and a recording device and asking them the right questions eg where is the contract I signed agreeing to pay you $7,000? etc etc. Answer a question with a question. Prepare what you think is a reasonable fee with evidence. You could also plead hardship as most businesses are required to be lenient in hardship cases. You could ask them if they know of alternative ways for them to be paid eg legal aid? These are all just suggestions and I am in no way giving legal advice, just suggestions on how to approach this problem. Do what ever resonates most strongly with you.

From my minimal personal experience, we submitted the affidavit for court at least three days before court and also served a copy on the complainant at least three days before court with all of the relevant facts and exhibits to prove the facts. Hopefully some of the other members will give their opinion on this too, but you could ring the court and run it past them, they are sure to point you in the right direction.

I know locked gates and cameras and trespass signs work as my friend did this and she had four police come to her property and they would not cross the locked gate with a trespass sign affixed beside it. She caught this on camera. She still had documents at her door in preparation just in case they unlawfully trespassed. There have been huge settlements in court for unlawful trespass by police, but if we decide not to protect our property then the police can get away with so much unlawful behaviour because without trespass signs etc it’s just our word against theirs..

These are my suggestions…Your signs may be adequate could be but there is a rule that when the gates are not locked there is implied right of entry to the front door, so they might still enter. If you don’t want to lock your gates you just have competently written trespass signs with stated penalties for infractions on them on every entry point and an Application to Enter Private Property at your fingertips. (if you want a copy of that then let me know). If they come to your front door you can get them to agree that they saw the trespass signs three times and maybe then you hand them the Application to Enter Private Property which they must fill out (and pay the non refundable application fee) before they have permission to come on your property again (and it is up to you as to whether you give them that permission). In my opinion it’s just a matter of knowing what to do and what questions to ask to put them and if we are prepared in advance then nothing they do will ruffle our feathers and we will always know how to deal with whatever is happening in the most effective way.

Only the person/strawman is bound by it. Living men and women are only bound by it if they entered the contract with full disclosure and a meeting of the minds. Because it is done in deception the contract is null and void. The only way the system can get around that is to get the living men and women to act as surety by agreeing they are the name, this creates consent for a bad contract and by agreeing we are the name, we also agree to take liability for anything that bad contract can impose on the strawman.

Do they play every side of the narrative (the hero in certain situations eg Rebel News as well as the victims in other situations eg a synagogue burning down) to ensure they stay in control of what people are thinking at all times? I saw a video in which a man did an in depth scrutiny of the intelligence of Jews using authentic data he had gathered and scrutinised the data used in the media to support the position that Jews have higher intelligence. He found the data used in this way was skewed and flawed and the only area in which they were in fact slightly ahead of others was in the verbal skills. They had lower IQ in other skill areas such as spatial awareness and in areas that would lend itself to great engineering and building skills. This seems to reflect exactly the areas in which they operate, namely controlling the narrative through every medium possible. The above video is an example of that. It is very tempting to believe they care about us or the downtrodden as we all seem to gravitate towards a hero and these articles and videos brought out by the mainstream always paint them as the heroes or the victims. They rarely if ever expose them for what they really are. Does this guy who works for the bar honestly want us to believe he was blindsided by the depth of the corruption inside the US government and that they would work to destroy a Christian church in another country, when it has funded the destruction of the Christian church in the US for a long long time through an extended campaign against it in movies education and media? Don’t these lawyers make exorbitant amounts of money for these defences they put up? How many of us know or have heard of lawyers who string people along charging exorbitant rates and then when the money runs out they disppear? There are some good lawyers out there that will help in family matters sometimes or in matters that don’t affect the overall plan of domination, but they have all sworn an oath to serve the bar/mammon and they cannot serve two masters. It can all get very confusing but the only yardstick we need is to work out who the masters are of these people are and then that explains everything and tells us all we really need to know..Tucker seems non plussed that the Christians in the US government won’t speak up when there has been a campaign to shut people’s mouths for a long long time and the Govt is a controlled government surrounded by another religion the jewish religion who have even taken over the prayers in congress and in that light his incredulity seems a little contrived doesn’t it?

I agree that he is controlled opposition, but they tell truth as well as lies (apparently 80% truth and 20% lies) to make their lies seem more authentic and they control the way people think and lead their thoughts because once a person believes some one is a relevant source of information they tend to believe everything that they say is legitimate and then they align themselves with that entity and then vehemently defend it. They are connected in very high places and are fed information and that is why they seem to have the inside story and their connections also get them interviews with people in rarefied circles. In the past I have also shared articles from shills because they were great and relevant articles, we just need to be aware that the story does not give the bringer of the story any credence or standing otherwise we can end up being enamoured with these puppets.
