You can do that if you don’t wish to contract with them. A friend of mine used their cellphone light to shine through a letter received and they were able to read the letter and discern that they did not want to contract and they sent it back with what you are talking about written on the envelope. If you decide to do that make sure you photograph the envelope before sending it back. They sometimes send them out again up to three times but if that happens just repeat the action (if that is the course of action you take)

Hi, JPs don’t need to know what your affidavit is about, they are there to witness your signature. When, or if, I think JPs will have a problem with any of my documents then I cover it with paper and paperclip the paper to each page and just leave a space on each page for signatures. I tell the JP it is a private and confidential document and that I just want them to witness my signature. It is good to date and sign each page as long as the JP signs it on every page as well. You can put Deponent: [your signature] Taken By: [Jps signature] at the bottom of each page. The only time the JP has to see your document is if they are signing it as a true and correct copy and even then they are meant to be impartial officers just witnessing that copy, they also only need to look at the first and final paragraph of each page to ensure it is a true copy, they have no right to cast judgement on what you are doing.

Hi Julie-Anne, what you do now depends on what your priorities are and how much time and energy you have to spend on this. If you simply want peace and to be able to continue with your life as you see fit, then accepting their offer seems like the most practical solution. However if you have the time and energy and you wish to pursue compensation then look forward to a long drawn out process with no guarantee of success (the system prefers to settle quietly with no precedents being set in the public forum, that others can follow). I think what you have achieved is phenomenal as some one who has never done this sort of thing before and the result you have got is the one you originally wanted. Fantastic!! If that was me I would be popping the champagne corks accepting the offer and then spending my time and energy building on the knowledge already gained and preparing for any further challenges by learning more in depth on the many subjects that are available on this forum. I myself have prepared our household for any approaches by putting up boundaries in the form of trespass signs cameras and locked gates on the property with an intercom system for any visitors. We are also preparing for austerity measures in several different ways. I have had processes with the City Council when they were imposing unlawful procedures in public places and I spent a lot of time and energy on notices however when I get the result I was originally wanting I dropped the matter and felt great about achieving an outcome (even though I could have pursued financial penalties for them). My energy is now better spent first preparing and fortifying ourselves against what is coming and also helping others where we see a need. I hope this has helped you in some way.

You say these are outstanding insurance premiums. Is this a debt collection agency you are dealing with, or the insurance company? Why was the insurance policy not simply cancelled by you? I have never heard of an insurance company selling debt before, (I’m not saying they don’t do it, I just didn’t realise they did) Don’t they usually just cancel your policy?

If you have started making payments to a debt collector then you have agreed to their offer. It would be more difficult t stop those payments as you have agreed by your performance that they have a valid claim. If approached in the future by debt collectors for any other debts they are claiming, there are ways to stay out of contract with them.

Hi Ant yes I’ve heard about the crystals in water aligning after prayer over the water. We have water in our bodies and I used to teach music. I always got my students to tune their guitars to 432hz as that is very close to the earths frequency and is healing and soothing. It aligns the crystals in out bodies. NZ and Aus used to have metal pipes for plumbing and this meant we were earthed every time we had a bath or shower or even washed the dishes. Men would soak in the bath after a hard days work as it was so restorative and soothing to sore muscles. Now we have plastic pipes which do not transfer the earths energy. You can earth your bath by putting a steel rod into the ground attaching a wire to it and having a steel rod attached at the other end and then put in the bath.The ground that the steel rod is driven into must be damp. This may explain why that happens to you in Japan, maybe their water is earthed. I earthed a fish tank I had with frogs in it using the method I described to you. I expected the tank not to smell too nice as I fed the frogs flies but to my surprise it smelt like a fresh stream and I put rocks and moss into it that the frogs used to enjoy sitting on. It smelt so beautiful in there.

It really works, one time I was grating some cheese and I accidentally grated my finger. Usually when that happens the wound really hurts, goes kind of yellowy, I develop a scab and it eventually falls off. When I started earthing this time when I grated the skin off the wound stayed pink there was much less pain and the wound became narrower and narrower and finally just closed up, it was almost like it was slowly zipping itself back up without any scabbing. Another thing that happened was, I was always a cold fish with cold feet and hands in bed, once I started earthing I heated right up as my blood circulation improved hugely (I have a heart murmur). Hi Laura, I’m so happy that you also have had an awakening in this area and that you are now experiencing more vibrant health. I also suffered for years, under the delusion that vegetables were super foods and red meat was bad for me. I lost my bowel trying to cure myself from ulcerative colitis with vegetables. I was sucked in to believing organic veggies and fermented cabbage and taking meat out of the diet was a cure. Naturally I got sicker and sicker but I was so determined to make it work I almost died. I had to have an emergency operation to remove my bowel to save my life. I am now on a mainly carnivore diet and eating raw liver or kidney everyday and raw eggs and cream and butter and cheese and full fat yoghurt and steak and mince from healthy beasts that we purchase from our local small farmers. My health and mind has improve exponentially and I have gained muscle and strength to do the work I need to do. I know if I had not changed what I was eating I would now be diabetic as I was pre diabetic before the change and so lacking in energy that I couldn’t even walk out to the chook house without feeling exhausted. Another thing I discovered was earthing/grounding and this is a natural healing energy from the earth, that we would normally be in touch with in our natural state, but because of rubber soled shoes and nylon carpets, we are separated from the earth most of the time. When we get reconnected, we heal far more quickly and inflammation in the body is a thing of the past, so no more aches and pains, also no more sparks flying from our fingertips when we touch a car or shopping trolley as that charge (which causes inflammation in the body) is now dissipated overnight into the earth. We purchased an earthing/grounding sheet from Aliexpress that we put on our beds so we get recuperative sleep and are grounded for 8 plus hours a day now and this has also helped us in dramatic ways.

Good on you Ant, this site needs more active members like you that are taking responsibility for their learning journey. Yes date it on the day you post it. Make sure if you are giving them a set amount of days to reply that you start the 14 days (or how ever many days you are giving them) on the day you post it.

Thank them for confessing in their letter that they still have the money retained on their behalf by the police and therefore remaining in their possession and that it has not Beene delivered back to to within 72 hours. Ask them for evidence that it is an offence to send $5 in the mail et etc. Go through the letter with a fine tooth comb, looking for confessions and claims.

The important thing to remember is not to make any claims eg ‘you have already accepted by default’ as opposed to “thank you for your acceptance of my terms and conditions’ and, ‘did you not keep the $5 you received for longer than 72 hours?’

You can use the transcript as an exhibit to your affidavit and just highlight the relevant sections. If you reference the transcript more than once, then highlight the relevant passages in different colours to enable them to find the quote quickly.

I find the less you tell them and the more calm confident and in charge you seem to be, the more relaxed they are. I always dress well as people tend to treat you with more respect when you are well dressed. You are so right. When the magistrate makes a claim it’s great because then we can politely require him to show us evidence for his statement (up to three times if necessary) He will either back down or assent to your position as there is no evidence that courts don’t recognise these things. Mark has all the right questions to ask no matter what the magistrate says and if you watch enough of his webinars and buy the appropriate modules and then role play what you have learnt in preparation, then make sure you record the proceedings you will be able to either get your remedy at district court level or take it to appeal and win.

What are paragraphs 2 to 4? The way Mark writes his documents you can be pretty sure they won’t agree and that 2 to 4 will be incriminate them in some way if they agree to them. That is why there is a stipulation like that. It keeps you in honour by offering them a way to get an agreement with you.

Are you writing a three step notice to them? If so then you need to complete a second and third step to create an equitable estoppel agreement and a private default judgement.

Well done ringing and recording the conversation. You will be able to use it as an exhibit to an affidavit if need be. I usually transcribe any recordings I have so they can be quoted and referred to eg ‘…refer to exhibit blah blah highlighted in yellow’ after I have quoted the transcript in an affidavit.
