MemberSeptember 19, 2022 at 2:45 pm in reply to: Good information about how the courts work. Here are some comments from under this video about how the courts work…
“Great insight. As a lawyer, I totally agree that the law is not the law. This is the reason I left the profession. You are fearless Katie, and your words need to be heard.”…
“As a former lawyer, hear, hear! You are spot on, Katie!
The old saying is, “In the halls of justice, the only place there is justice is in the halls…”…“I just had to message you after seeing this video. Every single thing you said is so poignant and true, you have articulated the topic of law so well. Unless you have been involved in a legal dispute, you would assume the law is there to protect and speak the truth but rightly it’s just an egotistical chess game to the legal profession. I was personally involved in a civil case, defending myself from a narcisstic boyfriend who’s sole intent was to ruin me and my career. In a civil case, it is only the judge who decides and judges are not regulated, they show as much or as little interest in the case, completely reckless when it is your life at stake. After my five year ordeal I trained as a mediator to prevent this happening to others.”
“Beautifully spoken Katie. I truly appreciate what you have to say, if only more people would listen. I studied a little law years ago and the first words out of the lecturer’s mouth on the first day were basically to tell everyone that if they wanted to study justice they had come to the wrong place. He said they needed to find a philosophy class because there was no justice to be found in the law. That kind of set the tone.”
“In terms of my experience of a father who was an attorney and intensely disliked the skewed ‘morality ‘ in the execution of the law – Katie, this has priceless meaning and is 100% accurate. You are simply amazing!.”
“I learned about the things you discuss here, when I was called up for jury service – it was simply ‘theatre’, a farce. I was so shocked at what I learned during those three weeks! I empathise with every word.
Thank you Katie”“I did jury service and witnessed how people can be stitched up first hand.
Fortunately, on that occasion I managed to talk my jury colleagues around and he was acquitted, but if I hadn’t, then the court expected an easy and wrong conviction was coming.”“Your analysis of the legal system is 100% correct. A lawyer once told me in a general conversation ” There is NO justice”.
“we can all be experts as the law isn’t fair in most cases, it’s who can tell the best tale. My daughter is a DS and deals with barristers, CPS and defence solicitors. If you think they are all honourable and work to a common set of standards, then I hope you never have to go to court.”
“You are absolutely correct Katie. Avoid litigation at all cost.”
“My family was once involved with the so called justice system. We where told by three different lawyers we had a strong case only for each of them to tell us months and thousands of pounds down the line when things weren’t going the way it should have that we would have to wait for justice in the next world as we would only get the law in this world. He thought this was hilarious, and said he enjoyed the, game as he was paid handsomely for it. If I wasn’t in such a state of shock, I would now be doing life for murdering that arsehole of a human being right there and then. Instead we went stumbling into the night financially ruined, battered demoralised and bankrupt. I can’t stand them now, they are the lowest form of life and that’s saying something nowadays.”
“I trained as a lawyer and you are completely right. It really is just a game. I experienced this first hand as a young solicitor and eventually left the profession. All the training and ideals I held were nothing in the real world where your client could lose simply because the other party had a lawyer who was higher up in the pecking order. Nothing to do with the merits of the case. In many instances I also found that clients had a completely unrealistic expectation of what was achievable using the law and it was best to refer them to some form of mediation – even if it came down to simply helping them write a personal letter to the wrongdoer and call upon their conscience. Funny enough, this worked more than once.”
“After working for 28 years as a Custody Officer in English Law Courts, you are correct Katie its a game that barristers play and you will never see a poor barrister.”
“Well said Katie only those of us that have experienced the “justice” system have any idea of how crooked it really is. My ex husband was falsely accused of a crime a decade ago, we went through hell and came close to financial ruin. There is very little that is fair or just in our justice system, it is as you say a game and politics is often involved.”
“Katie, everything you said in this video is absolutely true. After 45 years of working within government regulatory field, this very truth is clear regarding the law and justice.”
“I’ve just had my own experience of this. I realised the law is all just smoke and mirrors when the driver of the car that killed my son who was a passenger, got off. Walked away, after perjuring himself by blaming the dead passenger. I suddenly saw that the more money you have, then justice is easily achievable and as you say Katie, it’s a game.”
“Back in the 70’s I couldn’t decide between law school or vet school, so I volunteered at a vet clinic and a prominent law office to get a feel for the day-to-day job. Only lasted 2 weeks at the law office, which broke my heart. There was no concern for justice, just winning and billable hours. And the biggest plum was managing to “win” when the client was blatantly guilty.”
“I had the utter misfortune of watching the criminal justice system in action last year as I sat on a Jury for 7 weeks in a child cruelty and neglect case. Can you imagine that there is no legal definition for cruelty? The legal system has no definition for it. So it’s left to 12 (in our case, thanks to Covid, 11 jurors) to decide what they believe cruelty amounts to.
You’re given directions by the judge before you retire to make your verdict. You have to fulfil each criteria for each count against the defendant(s) to find them guilty. In my opinion, our directions were biased and made it virtually impossible to reach a guilty verdict.
Even though we all believed the acts had been carried out.It split us, the jury, almost down the middle. 27 counts we had to consider. I still can’t forget the experience and the miscarriage of justice that took place.
“The first video by katie that i have 100% agreed with having been through the justice system myself and my life ruined, i can testify that everything this woman has just said is 100% true, be very careful who you trust, what you say and most important if you get involved with the police or any reason say nothing or as little as possible as they will lie and twist everything….and I mean, everything, you say.“

I would fix trespass signs to my gate and front doors and keep the gate locked at all times. If I drove to work I would park my vehicle away from my work or at a friends place close to my work place so it cannot be easily located. Then I would make sure I recorded any interactions with any interloper holding my position as you did with the repossessor and asking questions, not making statements.

MemberSeptember 16, 2022 at 10:27 am in reply to: Discharging Covid fines through BOEVery good advice.
-
(this is not legal advice I’m merely sharing with you what I have tried with some success in my life) You have agreed to pay the fine but the terms and conditions are negotiable. They are making you offers and you have the ability to decline these offers by sending them conditional acceptances. I always accompany conditional acceptances with an affidavit.
eg I don’t consent to your offer of $20 per month however I will pay the $20 per month if you can prove
1. it does not cause us financial hardship to do so
2. that you have not already accepted payment by cashing the cheque we sent
3. that the terms of you accepting this money was to pay $2 towards the blah blah fine and $3 towards the blah blah fine
etc
etc
-
Imangan is right there needs to be a statement such as this “You are compelled and required to deliver to me at the above disclosed address your sworn or affirmed affidavit rebutting each and every paragraph, point for point and with evidence, to this affidavit for your truth to prevail or admit by default by your failure to reply and answer this affidavit to your acknowledgement and agreement to your lack of authority, jurisdiction, status and standing over my family and me, and
We do not consent or authorise to be contacted by telephone, cellphone, text message, e-mail or personal visit about this matter.”
-
The second post is the Conditional acceptance we sent by email before we sent the notices and affidavits within three days of their offer.
-
Let me know if you want me to share this with you.

What is a 1099 form?

You could try and see what results you get. It would be interesting to see their reaction. Role play possible scenarios before you attempt this, if you decide to do so.

MemberSeptember 7, 2022 at 9:56 am in reply to: Discharging liability with a BOE (q voucher)Make sure you have all of your questions for Mark in a very precise, clear unequivocal and unambiguous form so he can give you the best advice possible. The more information you give him with each question the better. Have many small questions rather than one large question once you have given him an overview of the problem so he can give you very precise answers for each aspect of the issue. This will make communication between you flow much more productively.

She was very lucky to get half back. Why weren’t they able to get the full amount?
-
The non consent to lockdown also includes non consent to vaccines within the documents.
-
The instructions you have are for the Non Consent to Vaccines. Here is the list of MPs for the Lockdown. Just go on Google and look up their offices to see if their portfolio has changed hands since then
eg look up on Google;
‘Minister of Justice, Broadcasting and Media and Immigration’
to see if Kris Faafoi still has this portfolio.
Then check all of the others as well.
-
That’s my pleasure 🙂

You decide which moves you make and when. This is a game of; their move, our move, their move, our move. Sometimes, as in the game of chess, there is more than one move you can make. Each move you make has its own set of potential consequences to deal with. It’s a matter of discerning what you think is the best move to make next.
-
Thank you. I learnt everything I know from studying Mark’s processes on this site, then having a go at some processes myself.
-
The second post is the Conditional acceptance we sent by email before we sent the notices and affidavits.
-
-
I had emails back and forth using set up questions. Then I and my husband prepared an affidavit each and a three step notice that we both signed using the emails and other exhibits to support our position. I used signature required post and certificates of mailing so I had proof of delivery. I have attached the first Conditional Acceptance we sent by email after which we had a conversation by email from a team leader in which we asked certain set up questions. Then we sent an affidavit and a Notice of Non Consent and Conditional Acceptance. Both had exhibits attached we used some emails as exhibits along with other things we used for evidence. I have attached an example of the affidavits we sent along with the first notice of Non Consent. We sent three notices all together to create an agreement. I have Xxxx any identifying names.

Interesting. I haven’t seen anything like that on here. MemberSeptember 9, 2022 at 3:05 pm in reply to: Infringement Payment thru BOEThere are many ways you could respond, what you are suggesting sounds good. If they still suspend then you better start preparing for court and learning about the trickery of judges. They may say they (the judge and court) don’t recognise your processes so you have to know what to answer eg “You may not recognise them but I do and doesn’t your BOE Act say dah dah dah” It’s about learning to hold your position in the correct manner no matter what gets thrown at you. Remember to record everything you do so you have evidence you followed the correct processes and that they did not. If they suspend you could potentially travel without and show the paperwork if you are challenged. These are all chess moves and you have to work out your best next move.
