It would be better to leave it the way you have done it. Just make sure you sign all documents that way from now on.

MemberSeptember 6, 2022 at 4:17 pm in reply to: Information on payment options.I think they have given you great advice, if we vote with our dollars if a business refuses to take a payment and let the owner/s know we are doing this, then that can be a very strong incentive for them to accept cash. If you are paying with a BOE then the BOE Act supports those payments. If you have already received the goods and they refuse your payment then they have forgiven you the debt.

If you keep listening to webinars that are relevant to you, you will learn so much from them. Q and A’s are great for seeing answers to often asked questions on all sorts of topics.

Here is a question and answer from Mark.

If you do this and then receive more letters from them then you can write unclaimed etc on the second and third attempts they make. It is a brilliant idea to do this as it establishes your Claim of Right and it applies to any future programmes they decide to carry out. I creates an agreement with the adversary that these things do not apply to you or anyone else named in the non consent docs such as your wife and any offspring under 18. The offspring can be included in your affidavit but if you have a wife she must complete her own affidavit.

MemberAugust 26, 2022 at 8:42 am in reply to: All rights reserved documentationYou create your own affidavit. Watch the webinars on how to do this. Just include the points made in the Pdf I gave you. Here is a simple witness affidavit, you can use this as a template and just put your details on it re ARR signature instead of the witness details. Put your own heading on it beside the word Purpose: The first few points can be copied up to number 9. Then put your assertions point by point.

MemberAugust 24, 2022 at 7:02 pm in reply to: Clarifications on maxim of lawYour best bet would be to study webinars and to practise writing notices (once you learn how to) for issues that you might be dealing with. In this way you will learn to understand these processes and why they are effective in holding corporations to account when you are facing financial difficulties or they are trying to impose their wishes on you and realise you will be shown no compassion by a corporation unless you know how to address the situation in a correct and competent manner.
