You could try and see what results you get. It would be interesting to see their reaction. Role play possible scenarios before you attempt this, if you decide to do so.

You could try sending it to the team and asking them to pass it on to Mark prior to the meeting perhaps?

Make sure you have all of your questions for Mark in a very precise, clear unequivocal and unambiguous form so he can give you the best advice possible. The more information you give him with each question the better. Have many small questions rather than one large question once you have given him an overview of the problem so he can give you very precise answers for each aspect of the issue. This will make communication between you flow much more productively.

I’m so glad you are having a meeting with Mark as it seems they are determined to act fraudulently and outside of their own rules. Mark will have some very good advice for you and may even know some one who would be able to take on the case for you.

I think they have given you great advice, if we vote with our dollars if a business refuses to take a payment and let the owner/s know we are doing this, then that can be a very strong incentive for them to accept cash. If you are paying with a BOE then the BOE Act supports those payments. If you have already received the goods and they refuse your payment then they have forgiven you the debt.

It sounds like you are gathering all the necessary evidence to put into an affidavit and a three step Non consent Conditional Acceptance process to create an agreement with them, that they did the wrong thing and that they need to compensate you for everything they are putting you through. I had emails back and forth using set up questions. Then I and my husband prepared an affidavit each and a three step notice that we both signed using the emails and other exhibits to support our position. I used signature required post and certificates of mailing so I had proof of delivery. I have attached the first Conditional Acceptance we sent by email after which we had a conversation by email from a team leader in which we asked certain set up questions. Then we sent an affidavit and a Notice of Non Consent and Conditional Acceptance. Both had exhibits attached we used some emails as exhibits along with other things we used for evidence. I have attached an example of the affidavits we sent along with the first notice of Non Consent. We sent three notices all together to create an agreement. I have Xxxx any identifying names.

My husband thinks we should study history to work out their next move. After the Spanish Flu came the Great Depression. So if history repeats then by 2029 to 2031 we could be in a full depression.

There are many ways you could respond, what you are suggesting sounds good. If they still suspend then you better start preparing for court and learning about the trickery of judges. They may say they (the judge and court) don’t recognise your processes so you have to know what to answer eg “You may not recognise them but I do and doesn’t your BOE Act say dah dah dah” It’s about learning to hold your position in the correct manner no matter what gets thrown at you. Remember to record everything you do so you have evidence you followed the correct processes and that they did not. If they suspend you could potentially travel without and show the paperwork if you are challenged. These are all chess moves and you have to work out your best next move.

If you want to get the best value out of the manual I suggest buying the video workshop as well. I have just purchased this resource and I have been watching the first video. I am so glad I purchased it as it has such good advice and information that goes alongside the manual.

The choice is yours. I received a letter once from a lawyer in reply to a three step notice I was completing. I decided to open it as I thought whatever it was I could deal with. Here’s a copy of that letter and it stopped any further correspondence from that party. You can return it with a reminder that any reply not sent by registered mail is considered a non reply or you can answer it as I did.

It is a brilliant idea to do this as it establishes your Claim of Right and it applies to any future programmes they decide to carry out. I creates an agreement with the adversary that these things do not apply to you or anyone else named in the non consent docs such as your wife and any offspring under 18. The offspring can be included in your affidavit but if you have a wife she must complete her own affidavit.
