I enjoyed that one too .

Simple and eloquent, but to the point .

I was watching an older Q&A today , and was thinking how powerful words can be , especially used in a honourable fashion. If you put a S on the front or word , you have sword , which brings to mind the powerful justice tarot card . The scales of justice in one hand of the king , the sword in the other.

If the property is staying in the family , as in a discretionary family trust , where your children are beneficiaries, you shouldn’t have to pay it , if property is actually being sold , it will likely incur stamp duty , I think each state has different requirements , that’s just what I’ve looked up on internet.

Hi all , im about to get my ARR drivers license in September, when it expires.

I’ve noticed some have has theirs rejected. So im wondering if I had some kind of affidavit or declaration signed by a notary or JP , that it is within my rights to have a ARR license, just to throw a bit of weight behind my application. What sort of affidavit or declaration would I use ? And are there other things I could do ? I’m also going to produce every card I have , with a ARR signature on it .

    Cheers twiggie

Hi all , I’ve just got my trust bank account set up , all within a few days. Without a hitch . Just a quick question – when transferring funds from my personal account, is it wise to have my trust account labeled in my personal name , or to label it as the trust name . As to not draw unnecessary attention ? I’ve noticed that my credit debt card and other accounts are in my personal name , and no where is trust mentioned… is this normal practice ? I’ve emailed the lady that set it up , but no reply yet . Cheers twiggie . Hope you all have a great break / holidays/ Christmas

Hi all , just getting my docs ready to open my trust bank account, I’m not sure if a witness signature on my deed can be one of my primary beneficiaries, or has it got to be someone outside with no interest ? Cheers twiggie

Hi all , I’ve just checked out my council seal , and they don’t have one . So I guess they have no signature to form a contract ?

It uses a logo that incorporates its name . Not sure how this will go with my intention of doing a promissory note .

    What’s your thoughts?

Not sure if there is a DEX (decentralised ) exchange here in aus , as far as I’m aware of they are all CEX ( centralised ) . I have also heard when transferring larger transactions on ledger or Trezor hard wallets , you are prompted to do KYC details. I’ve yet to try this , and am not sure of the threshold amount. Would love to know of new DEX s ? . The space is always evolving, and presenting new things . Cheers Twiggie

Hi mayari , it says my name and then as …on the card , so I guess it doesn’t matter . And my documents say my name , then as trustee . I recall Mark saying it doesn’t actually matter, as the trustee and settlor need to be a registered entity anyway, would that be right ?

Hi Bianca , he spoke about crypto on a few of them , if you search “crypto “ in the search bar , it will list Q&A s with those kind of questions in them . 6/11 was a good one , with a few crypto questions.
