So it’s basically doing a normal tax return? Shall I put rent in rather than make up some numbers for safety equipment? Worse comes to worse, I could always have a bit of fun then they request to do an audit?

This is mine here. I ended up speaking with someone higher up in the corporation and they were more concerned about what the All Rights Reserved means rather than the colour and vice versa. After a short 5 minute chat without admitting much. There is now no worries. I think it was empty threats, however, wanted to cover my own ends.

in Australia, There is the PPSR, however, the UCC-1 is International. Having the most standing in this matter I believe.

Why is that given that I have signed the work contract (due to being a man in the private realm) and that I have an affidavit stating that? Work that not be signatory fraud as the red autograph Is written in the affidavit.

I already hold copies of all notices that have been sent and a mailing certificate. I have not yet completed an affidavit but I can do that when I get home. I do require a licence for work purposes, hence the question of should I now raise this to the transport minister and put them in the spot light as the highest person of the DEPT OF TRANSPORT? I don’t want to go to court intentionally or anything like that. It just annoys me that I even offered to pay for a certain amount given the fact I became trustee and still no response. At least if I throw this at the minister I feel I may get some effort or response I will then start invoicing. Not that they will pay up. Should I even write an email to FER asking them a final time if they wish to take up the offer before raising it higher?

yeah Gotcha, The only other question is what do you put in the job title Agent or can you put what you actually do for a job?

There are multiple ways of doing such things. You can do a UCC or PPSR and/or Notify any relevant agencies GG, BDM, Police, or Courts in an affidavit of living testimony. I strongly suggest downloading the Document pack on UCC and looking more deeply into why you do these things. Such as the CQV 1666

Yes, as it is an international document. The is a pack available for purchase on SE…. The Australian version of this is the PPSR but really only covers you for Aus. Additionally, you don’t even want to look at yourself as a Citizen but rather to my knowledge, a living man/ national.

To me, it’s keeping my rights reserved and my status as living be known. As previously stated, I have signed all High risk work licenses and DoT Documentation in red all rights reserved. Quite simply I’m there to provide labour in return of Sustenance. The debt currency that we are currently the backing for and look at the end of the day is committing fraud not a crime? I have provided to everyone that I am licensed to do something with an affidavit showing that in red is the accurate presentment of my autograph and no one has ever rebutted, which means it must be the truth in commerce, correct?

I have been signing like this for 6 months at this job and it’s only becoming an issue now. I did it at my old job too and there was never an issue. As for mixing jurisdiction, the jurisdiction in my eyes has not changed has it, especially given the fact I signed all rights reserved from the start. How else would I make a living apart from being self-employed?

I am currently 20, So I’m looking to see how I guess I can gain POA and if possible become the grantor and/or beneficiary. in addition to noticing that I am not lost at sea etc. This is where I am lost as I know you have seven years to make the claim that you are not dead or lost at sea but I am well within the seven years.
