  1. The best way to protect ourselves is to eat meat and fat because these foods chelate out heavy and light metals from the body. Another thing that can be done is to distill water or filter it and to have less baths and showers as this strips our bodies of the protective layer of grease that our bodies manufacture to protect the skin. Stop using sunscreens as this also introduces toxins into the body. The most common reason for alzheimers is lack of animal fat in the diet and too many vegetables which have natural toxins in them. If enough meat and fat is not eaten then the natural toxins in the vegetables start to break down the tissues in the body. If you look at long term vegetarians you will see what lack of red meat does to their skin, long term vegans (when they stick to the diet [and many don’t]) look emaciated and weak and suffer from hormone depletion, their children do not develop properly either. So if we do not eat correctly the effect of the toxins in the air and water will be magnified exponentially.
