General Q&A: 17/06/2026

00:06:24 Vas: Q. Sent 3 notices for speeding fine & now waiting for court summons. I want to lodge my Affidavit and Non-Consent Notice 1-page script into the court file before attending. Do I hand-deliver it to the court with 2 witness’ or can I registered post with proof of delivery? Do i add the Non-Consent Notice by way of exhibit to an affidavit? Would I still have to attend even though my affidavit is the evidence?

Q. Do I need to sign & witness every page of exhibits & supporting documents or just the 3 pages of the Affidavit itself?

00:07:21 ian: Q. Can you get around the complicated and slow and probably expensive procedure you seem to have to go through when someone close to you dies and their assets must be distributed? I assume the procedure is just legislation. And I assume setting up a trust would achieve this. Are there another ways without using a trust?

00:10:54 Daisy Doone: QUESTION….can a court lawfully be debt collectors for the council ? Is this not showing conflict of interest? As a deputy registrar at the court admitted to twice, but is this lawful or legal? What would you answer to a rude deputy registrar who says that the council ignoring notices is NOT acceptance? That set-off payment and tacit agreement don’t exist?

00:26:36 Daisy Doone: QUESTION…. With reference to a tear off slip of a statement of account for council rates that has no title, such as payment or payment slip, but does have a coloured photograph of a road going down to a beach, on the LHS and on the RHS it has a bar code, a few numbers at the bottom written just like a cheque would, in the middle it has the all caps name and the all caps address of my friend, with a payment reference number and their internet banking account numbers in the middle also, Can this be used as a money order/set off? If we should write payment on it, as it says nothing such a payment slip, invoice or anything it is just blank apart from the photo.

00:38:17 Daisy Doone: QUESTION….is setting up “the office of executor” a good idea? I.e. for the dead straw man, so the living man communicates with the corporations via the office of the executor? And does that actually make you the executor? (Which I gather you do not want to be?)

01:04:25 Vasili: Answer to Geoffrey: BDM VIC only has Information Statements for Registration of Birth after October 1960, Before that date the hospital that has the old records may have it

01:24:41 Kevin: Regarding payment of council rates, If there is no mortgage, no obligation to pay them as they are just another corporation. Phone your council and ask to speak to someone with authority to make decisions on behalf of the council and say to them “Can you please provide me with a copy of the signed wet ink contract between us. I’ll come and pick it up in the morning.”
