Question Answered During This Q&A Webinar
00:06:01 Terence Douglas: Q You’ve mentioned that the Federal Circuit and Family Court is a tribunal and on the court record somewhere. Where do I find this?
00:06:43 Terence Douglas: Q What the difference between a court and a tribunal?
00:06:57 Chris: Q: I have an agreement with Tango energy for electricity rates fixed for 5 years. They have returned my cheque after 72 days expressing a refusal of payment. They are not willing to zero the balance of my account, so I am paying only the agreed rates of my last bill leaving nearly $1000 still owing. I will continue to do this until I get a disconnection notice then send them statement of claim for 4 time what they say is owed. Q: they have sent a change of rates notice, do I need to respond saying that I don’t accept any change of rates until the 5 years is up. Can I tell them to stop sending change of rates notices until the 5 years is up? Is this solicitation or breach of contract?
00:07:35 Terence Douglas: Q You have mentioned that after 1973 there is no Royal Assent for Acts, legislation, is this correct? Where do I find this? Do I need proof to state this? Therefore ie Family Law Act 1975 case in point?
00:08:19 evina: Wouldn’t all of the fraud be invalid as there is no meeting of the minds and information is concealed? That should get us out of anything, shouldn’t it?
00:09:25 evina: How can I buy a property safely, considering that the title deed is not under the crown anymore?
00:09:30 Terence Douglas: Q About to request a second Review for divorce proceeding. First review dismissed. I had an estoppel against the court registrar before the first order handed down based on their lack of jurisdiction and authority. Include no royal assent after 1973 in affidavit? What would be your best two setup questions for court in this situation?
00:34:09 Tarei Tutu:
Im in the process of receiving a very large sum of money and currently gathering information on how we will hold our position against the ATO if/when they will come to us wanting to tax this significant amount.
This amount will be deposited into several bank accounts linked to our unregistered trust and then will be dispersed to those involved.
With this amount being significant I am sure the ATO will be asking for tax on this large sum as well as wanting to tax amounts that I will be transferring out to others.
Do you have any recommendations on how to get ahead of this prior to this amount being dropped and other information/tools that I can equip myself with for when the ATO come asking.
The position I feel that I will be holding is requesting the ATO to prove that this is income and in fact not productivity of my labour.
Any other suggestions, information or direction would be much appreciated.
00:37:27 Chris: Q: I have an electrical business and my father in-law subcontracts to me. He has 35 years’ experience as a communications technician and is now a 3rd year apprentice electrician. I sent him to do a job that I was suppose to attend but didn’t make it as I stuck on another job. As I didn’t attend I told him to invoice the job same as he invoices me. This has not been a problem until we had a difficult customer. She rang fair trading and found out he had no license. He is now off to NCAT for a hearing as she wants a refund. We have her statement from NCAT. Can we put in a defense on NCAT cases or I it done on the day? What if she lies on her statement on the NCAT form, is this like a stat dec?
00:51:18 Cynthia Louise Dellit: Question: would you agree that everyone who participates in the so called ‘Voice’ referendum is actually re-contracting with the Gov. corporation? And, is it correct, that whether a man or woman votes Yes or No, it makes no difference to the outcome of having recontracted and accepted the authority/legitimacy of the current de facto Government? It feels like there’s a lot of trickery going down here. With big thanks
