Description
Knowledge Module Video Explanation (Recording of webinar to explain the module topic):
One of the great writs enacted by Writ of Habeas Corpus Act 1640.
It was enacted as a mechanism to protect man from wrongful and unjust imprisonment when there is no victim.
A Court Order to the Institution holding the Body – to release the Body to the (Supreme) Court – for a hearing as whether the Judgement to imprison the alleged offender was lawful to deprive a man of his liberty.
The issue is NOT about the subject matter of the charges or whether the prisoner is guilty or innocent. It is simply about WHO OWNS THE BODY – The Creator or the STATE???
