How do these Acts he is referring to give them any authority or jurisdiction over our lives without our consent? How do they override contract law? Meaning if private agreements are created how do they have any jurisdiction over those? If we stop giving them power of attorney (every time we vote don’t we hand over power of attorney to the government?) and instead create our own agreements then how do the Acts they pass have any jurisdiction over our affairs? Haven’t they told us when we purchase the title we own it? Does that mean there is a fraud being carried out? If there is a fraud being carried out doesn’t that void any claims they may be making? Isn’t possession 9/10ths of the law? How can Torrens title override Fee Simple title without our consent? Do their Acts and Statutes have any jurisdiction over living men and women? If they harm people without their consent isn’t that a tort under legislation? Doesn’t that behoove us to make it very clear by way of documentation in a conditional acceptance process that we do not consent without them taking liability for any harm caused and to create agreements with them through this process that bind them and the courts? Isn’t that why we are on here and what we are learning to do?

My preference would be the affirmation as it says in the Bible Matthew 5:37 in the Sermon on the Mount; 37. But let your communication be, Yea, yea; Nay, nay: for whatsoever is more than these cometh of evil. So according to the scriptures we are just simply to affirm or refuse nothing else.

You could refer them to your affidavit and make it clear you will only deal with any more requests if they are in writing to a specified address, (so you have documentary evidence and a name to reply to..

With the non consent process you do them in sequence 1 to 5

You would only post one non consent process eg non consent to vaccines, in one envelope but you can have several parties in one envelope being sent the non consent to vaccines as long as those parties are all at the same address and make sure each party has their own certificate of mailing. That was very interesting that squatters have more rights than people with mortgages and that police and councils won’t intervene, that explains why they push so hard for the people in arrears to vacate the property willingly, because even if the mortgage isn’t paid they still have possession. Maybe it’s a tactic to think about when they are trying to kick people off when a mortgage is in arrears due to hardship. One could establish that they are living by getting the police or bailiffs to agree that they are living and record the agreement then claim squatters rights? Or maybe get friends in as well to help claim squatters rights? Even if the police or bailiffs still took them off the land it would establish on the record that they WILL intervene and help with squatters and that precedent could maybe then be used to help others who are having problems with squatters?

You can edit the relevant documents in any way you need to for your matter as they are to be used as templates not set in iron wording. They are your documents to write or edit as you see fit. Once you have signed them you are responsible for what is in them. If you understand exactly what they are saying by ensuring you have completed extended study by way of listening to the relevant webinars and are prepared to hold your position with them, then you are ready to send them.

It will probably be showing you an example of the replies you are likely to get. If this was in reply to some questions then it probably was not an answer and so if they are making any claims can you then not ask for evidence of that claim? It seems it is in response to the affidavit? Is just making a claim a valid rebuttal without any evidence of the claim they are making? Are there not still outstanding questions from the Notice and Demand to be answered? if you keep watching webinars you will learn competent replies to these types of offers.

I don’t think it is privately registering them, I think it is putting a lien on them so that if anyone tries to claim them they have to satisfy your lien first as you have a superior claim as the secured party creditor. Please any other members correct me if I am wrong.

How would you interact and contract when you need hospital treatment, or a benefit or education. Do you think it might be possible to just learn how to use your transmitting utility (birth certificate name, student id) as your agent in commerce when you need it for hospital, education etc and if any entity such as education providers, govt, councils etc are trying to force their legislation/rules or offers of business on to you without your consent to give a conditional acceptance as a living wo/man (evidenced by an unrebutted affidavit, or by them agreeing you are a wo/man as your second witness), requiring them to prove their authority over you?
