What a wonderful and inspirational talk in the first part of this video, just what we need to help remind us of why we step out and dare to be different. We are so blessed to have Mark’s site to learn from because oh boy has he got the goods!!! And at bargain basement prices!! All so he can help his fellow man, what an amazing man of courage and integrity he is!!!
Society is not just training our offspring to be ignorant and docile, but totally confused about their own identity; thinking they can be whatever they want to be including ….a cat, the opposite sex, a computer programmer by cutting and pasting, a mathematician by successfully completing multiple choice exams and whatever else their little minds can dream up. It totally destroys the ability of any young man or woman sucked in by this to use their critical thinking skills. This is leading to confusion and miseducation and people arguing about stupid things to the nth degree and the sensible non brainwashed people having to spend a ton of energy fighting to get society back on an even keel.
However those of us who see the system for what it is, know that the necessity to re educate ourselves is paramount and then to help re educate our fellow man and then to apply this new knowledge is an absolute necessity if we want to change the course the so-called elites want us to be heading towards.
We can do this quietly and peacefully and determinedly, helping where there is a reciprocal energy expenditure from the ones we are helping and standing up to bad behaviour in the correct and lawful manner when we are confronted with it ourselves,

Here’s a comment from Mark…”Some people mix the two jurisdictions and they can get into serious trouble. A man we used to work with tried to apply the freeman stuff in court but you cannot mix apples with oranges and he ended up in gaol. People think they can push this mixing through, but the court has more power than you think possible so don’t mix jurisdictions.”

If you are in commerce on the road eg truck driving, courier driving you’re employed by a corporation as a driver, then you come under their jurisdiction as a driver and you must hand over your driver’s licence.

Very interesting, getting us to consent to something without us even knowing about it, or maybe we consented to it when we ticked yes to their 100 page inequitable agreement that we had to agree to before we were able to access their site. Sneaky business as usual for the parasites of this world.

In the main he handled this well, he needs to ask more questions rather than making statements because under the rules of equity he needs a second witness. If he asks the constable “Are we in agreement I am a man?” Rather than making statements. Statements put the burden of proof on him, questions allow him to gain a second witness, as a man cannot be a witness in his own matter. He did ask some great questions having said that.

Hi Phillip , your evidence is of paramount importance.If your evidence is solid then you have time to create a private agreement with the people coming against you. This means you need to write an affidavit with exhibits for anything that needs evidence. Alongside this you create a Non Consent Conditional Acceptance process. If you want to know how that works the quickest way is to invest in Mark’s Non Consent to Lockdown package and if you use this as a template then you will have an excellent guide to show you how to do the process. Alongside this you need to look at webinars about court and start memorising some scripts to use in court. It is a lot of work however if you get started now, you will be much better prepared for what is coming.

This is an absolutely brilliant video (the farming section) and absolutely everyone needs to see this. It is packed full of credible and useful information. We have a 1/4 acre section and on it we have 9 chooks and tomatoes, cucumbers, peas and tamarillos in a greenhouse (we’ve just started growing these). We have fruit trees, apples, pears, apricots, feijoas, plums and nectarines (they have been planted for about 4 years now and are just starting to yield a good supply in the summer. These are all seasonal. We grow greens exclusively for the chooks. We kill the chooks when we need to cull them out and we slow cook them and the meal is so delicious. We buy a whole beast about once a year and put it in our freezers. We had to learn how to slaughter and pluck and gut the chooks as we were a bit Disneyfied and had to get over the emotional responses that had been programmed into us. Once we did get over that we felt great about creating our own food supply. Meat is the only food that we can have naturally (supplying it ourselves from the land) all year around. Previously when we lived in a rental property in a small city we had a small section of grass out the back which we fenced off and we had two chickens and grew silverbeet and grapes and marrows on the property. It was about a third the size of what we have now. So even if you are in a rental it is possible to create your own egg/meat supply so long as it has a small area of grass. When we were renting we used to buy meat at an organic meat butchery. This video describes why it is so important to learn these sorts of things, it means we can once again be good stewards of our own backyard and create a healthy and nourishing food source that we can share with others.

it all depends how the Trust is set up as to who are beneficiaries of it. The Trustees are responsible for the trust and run it and make decisions about its upkeep and what finances need to be spent on it to keep it viable for the sake of the Beneficiaries. If you re purchasing a Trust from Mark a meeting with him is included in the package where you can ask him anything that you need to know about this subject.

You could be the first, just do it with confidence and calmness knowing all of the statutes that binds them in regards to this issue and being prepared to ask questions that hold them to account.

Always respond within 72 hours and if you are later than that preface the letter with ‘My humblest apologies..’ and then the valid reason that you re late replying. You answer any response by asking questions as in the replies I shared above. If you are taken to court then you have evidence that you paid etc.

If you are operating in the private then you can use the All rights reserved signature or the Omnia jura reservata signature to protect yourself from the rules and regulations. You need to sign the same way on any documents to prove that this is your normal signature. You also need to learn to hold your position as they will try to get you to submit to them by any means.

If you are operating in commerce in public and on behalf of either yourself (self employed) or a corporation as a ‘person’ ’employee’ in that case you cannot operate as a living man as it is in the public jurisdiction of rules and regulations then their rules apply to your straw man/person/dead entity whom you are acting as surety for. [The only way you can act as a living man is when you are operating in the private eg travelling on the road from your house to your relations house, transacting private business with another living wo/man. The only way the public have jurisdiction in that case is if you invite them in by answering their questions etc. To stay in the private you need to be the one asking questions.] However in your role as a ‘driver’ for a company you are subject to the rules and regulations of commerce and need to hand over your license and show them whatever documentation they need so they can ascertain whether you are complying with their rules.

Here’s on more use for it; …Q…What are the key basic documents to have in the car or on ourselves when travelling.
A…I would have firstly your license with all rights reserved and the source document for your birth certificate because that is evidence of who you are, that you are the living. Have the non consent documents three notices and an affidavit in the car, make sure the affidavit is sealed by a notary or two jps. Keep a full copy of the completed documents in the car because that is evidence that you’ve expressed that you don’t consent to participating in a lockdown process.

I just looked through what they sent me and I couldn’t see Schedule 1. Schedule 1 is near the end of the Trust document that Mark prepares (the second to last page) and it just has a list of the Trustees Beneficiaries etc on it. Mark will be writing that up for you when you have given him all the relevant details. Here’s a copy of mine.

That should be an Affidavit of Claimant as far as I know as this is the document prepared for them to complete. You should have an Affidavit for yourself and affidavit for the aggressor and Notices of Non Consent and Conditional Acceptance for you to complete. Just check with the team under the Contact tab to make sure.

You deal with it first in the private by obtaining an equitable estoppel agreement and private default judgement through an affidavit and three step Notice process. Once you have obtained the agreement then you use that agreement in court or a private round table meeting to prove whatever the agreement is stating. You need to learn how to hold your position with your agreement in court or in the private meeting as the judge or people at the round table meeting could test you by ignoring everything. How you deal with that determines whether you win or not. Watch the relevant webinars to learn how to do these processes.

Learning about the all of the food lies, is life changing, and to learn about what is really good for us can absolutely revolutionise our health profile. A patient cured is a patient lost. He handled that so well considering he had a bully boy threatening him and he was prepared with case law as well. The one thing he could have done was when they asked him if he was refusing he could have said ‘I am prepared to give you a breath sample when you can show me the blah blah blah” so then it would be a conditional acceptance and not a refusal.

Yes you can do this. If it is unclaimed then they have no one to contract with. Meanwhile study webinars that teach you how to deal with officials and learn how contracts work so you can understand why this is a valid process for you to complete. Learn and role-play the scripts you hear about and the more you do it the more understanding you will gain.

I was working with some one who was paying me petrol expenses. I asked them to stop becasue I received more benefit by claiming my milage as an expense through the tax department. So she stopped providing me with petrol money. Maybe you could negotiate with the company you are working for.
